The Linta's Golden Beach Ayurvedic Resort is Avery beautiful and spiritual place. We spend 14 days here and had such a nice experience with the staff, the doctor and our yoga teacher. I will come back definitely one day. A place to calm down and connect to the soul of oneself and others❤️

I've been here for 14 Days and I just loved it! The rooms are spacious, very clean and the beds are comfy. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Food is more than delicious and the treatments are heavenly good. Linta is a very good doctor and  was always there for me if I needed her 😊 The place itself is full of beautiful flowers, trees and ayurvedic plants. It is very quiet, beautiful and perfect for a relaxed holiday 😊👍

I visited the Lintas Golden beach resort Jan 2 to Jan 10 with my friend Kirsten. Our double room with a balcony was comfortable and clean overlooking the beautiful well kept gardens.  Sébastien the manager was very helpful and always cheerful. Helen made sure we took our medication during mealtimes and served excellent tasty food. Lots of fresh fruit and vegetables.  Dr. Linta chatted with us, one to one, about our health on arrival and gave us Ayurvedic remedies as required. She was so kind and thorough, she made you feel safe. All the staff were cheerful as they went about their chores.  It was so delightful. Even the guests were so nice. I still remember them all so fondly. Thank you to each and everyone who made our stay so memorable. We left feeling relaxed, peaceful and happy and much renewed by our experience. We'll be back soon, we hope. 

I travelled to the Linta's Golden Beach with my husband for a 3 week stay in November 2022. It was absolutely wonderful. We enjoyed everything about the stay and the opportunity to really relax and unwind. The resort is charming and the pretty pool and lush gardens, delightful. All the staff are kind and friendly and make guests feel very welcome from the managers to the cleaners. The setting on the beautiful, quiet beach is ideal for long, peaceful walks along the palm fringed shoreline, only seeing an occasional fisherman. We had great Yoga classes with Krishna each morning and blissful massages and treatments with Bindu and Sabo every day . Dr Linta is so kind and made us feel very confident in her treatment recommendations as I was a little apprehensive to start with. The food was delicious and we had great service from Helen. I travelled with my husband but the resort felt so safe and friendly I would be happy to have a trip there on my own. 
Linta's is a wonderful oasis, I've come back a little lighter in mind, body and spirit and would highly recommend a trip to anyone. We definitely want to return soon.

Lintas resort was recommended to me by one of the best known European Ayurveda doctors. The place was recommended for its quiet, authenticity, care, a protected island for tourists who sought traditional Ayurveda: medical examination, execution of treatments, care and relational attention, quality of oils, herbs .. The stay at Lintas it started even before going, the kindness and attention (not standardized) to the guest was already perceived by the mail correspondence. Unfortunately I was unable to leave due to Covid emergency, I still thank Alessandro (booking operation and perhaps co owner) for the ethics shown to me, even if the booking terms did not provide for it, I received a refund of the reservation. I sincerely hope to be a guest of the Lintas

The facility is beautiful. A beautiful vegetation with a variety of plants that is lovingly cared for. Everyone is very friendly and spoil the guests. The food is very good.
The medical care is extraordinary. I felt very good and will certainly come back.

we spent a day at this most beautiful spa which will blow your senses. The staff were amazing and so polite, professional and accommodating. The food was first class and beautifully organicailly prepared. The setting and position is ideal for a peaceful, therapeutic stay  

Lintas is a very special place , it is the perfect size , I felt as If I was home and had all the luxeries  I needed , You don't need more truly you are taking care of your soul and body and everything you need is there and even more  , plus you have the beach to wonder on and watch the sunsets . The food is perfect and enhances your senses with all the care that is taken to make it , and most of it is grown on the property  , what more could you ask for: the smiles from the staff are endless as their desire to make your days even more filled with joy always ready .The floating bowls of flowers and scents , the pool area was perfect .
But the aura and feeling of privacy was just what one needs , your room has a terrace where you can read and have your meals brought to , this is a highlight and so delicious too . 
The gardens are lovely and its the perfect balance should a Feng Shui master set foot here it would only be pure enchantment  , my stay was perfect and I left leaving a piece of myself behind to be sure to return and spend more time soonest in such a magical place . Thank you all at Lintas for having made this such a perfect and special stay for me , and thank you Dr Lintas to have tickled my health and soul back to these perfect smiles I have today , it could not have been more perfect .

When you arrive at this lovely resort it's easy to imagine you've found your own little piece of Paradise.   The gardens are lush and well cared for and everything is clean and comfortable.  The vegetarian food is healthy and delicious and the Ayurveda treatments are stimulating yet relaxing.  I didn't take part in yoga or meditation but I'm aware that many people did.   The staff are friendly and helpful and I can recommend this resort if you want a healthy and enjoyable holiday in a beautiful part of India.
