Green Forest Resorts

Had an excellent stay of 3 nights in a 3 BR cottage at this serene resort. With the view of snow capped peaks being kissed by the first rays of the sun, the sweet chirping of birds filling the valley, the crisp cold winds from surrounding pine forests, your mind will be rejuvenated. Excellent service was provided by Mr Prakash Rana( manager) and Rajinder. Cook is also very good and we savoured all kinds of veg and non veg dishes along with excellent ginger tea. Even in early March it was quite chilly with temperatures dropping to 2 degrees in early morning. They provided us with room heaters and made us comfortable. Highly recommended for those who want peace and tranquility. No market places or ATM nearby, so better to carry cash. Eco park, Sukra Devi temple and Kanatal, Tehri Lake are worth visiting. Travel desk service is also quite good
