Rooms were not at all clean with no space to store your clothes, no storage space. No toiletteries in bathroom. Bedsheet was torn. AC was not working at all. They have only 6 operational rooms, do not expect anything special. It's actually below average. No all out for mosquitoes. If you want to check out early, do not book breakfast along with rooms, you will not get it before 9am. Breakfast served is not even worth Rs. 100 and they charge Rs. 300. Food is average. Overall, very bad experience. 

Awful Stay

After arriving very tired at 3am we were taken to our hut, and from the outside it looked nice but on the inside it was a complete different story. The bedsheets were damp and the bed was rock hard, the bathroom was disgusting and I don’t believe it had been cleaned in a long time. Walking to and from our hut we found ourselves having to avoid other huts shower waste that was being discharged onto the sand. The bar and sun beds are great and cannot fault the staff, they are always friendly. I have been travelling to India for 18 years and this is possibly the worst accommodation I have ever stayed in.

This is what we come to goa for 
Simply loved it the food was ohk the service was prompt with Bhagwan as our waiter. 
We usually stay in star properties but this time decided to feel the beach life. 
Lot of forgeiners enjoyed sunbathing and beach life. Clean linen and towels. 

Idle goa holiday! 

Cuba is a small chain with huts/restaurants in both Palolem and neighbouring Patnem as well as a couple of other beaches in Goa. We only ate breakfast there, so I can't review the accommodation. Both these beaches have a large number of restaurants offering essentially similar food, but we liked Cuba a bit more than the others. The breakfast was delicious, the service professional and prompt, and (for once, in Goa!) I got a very good filter coffee with it. Lovely beachfront location.  

A cut above the resut

after arrival i had to wait for couple of hours till my hut was prepared as due to some issues the owner had not started building on time. ( so please call and confirm a few days before ) .Though I had booked an ocean view hut , I did not get that and since I had already paid... I stayed in the one provided. The Hut was non ac but decent. It got hot in the afternoon but I spent that time in the ocean. Cocktails were average.Dinner is recommended as they give candlelight and waves come near the seating area. Neptune point is near by so if you are there on a Saturday you can go for silent noise party. Water , toiletries are not provided.

good stay ,food and drinks

Was arriving at nighttime to Palolem. Was getting the keys,the bungalow had wetness inside and all bed sheets was wet and cold to sleep,dogs barking all nights and birds making noises. The staff was also not so happy. Food and cocktails are terrible. The staff always was trying to put our order to bungalow number. It’s old cheating system to write on your number of room, to write extra on your name that you pay it, when you check out. So be careful to write on your room number it’s old cheating system. Always pay cash.

Superb location...Awesome food and great service...we came here on our last day of the trip and once we finished our day here we realized that this is the best day of our trip...palolem beach is quite good and on top of that when you get good food and great service that increases your happiness...kudos to Pintu for taking good care of us. So in other words when you come to Goa don't forget to visit palolim beach and specially Cuba...
