It was the good trip when we went there with family .//
Nice banquet and garden. Best in Saharanpur specially for Wedding ceremony. Good, spacious and comfortable rooms with all the amenities...Overall Good experience

Location of the hotel & environment are good But staff is not well trained. Needs well groomed and maintain hygiene procedure to become a best 🏨

Best 🏨 hotel in town

The stay at Hotel The Oasis was pretty okay. We stayed at the property recently while attending a family marriage function and found it a good place for such functions and events. The staff was helpful and rooms were spacious.

Ok stay

Stayed in this hotel for a marriage and found it quite good.
Attended a ceremony in the hall and the decoration of the stage was very good.
The food arrangement in the lawns behind was also very good and food was tasty. I enjoyed the rasgullas.

Nice banquet and garden. Best in Saharanpur specially for 
Wedding ceremony. 

Good, spacious and comfortable rooms with all the amenities. Decent parking space. Food is also good and tasty. 

Manager - Nitin is a great fellow and very helpful.

First this hotel staff should visit some five star hotel or 4 start hotel of Southern India to make themselves aware that what is service. Rest of thing is secondary. I had bad experienced and bad service this time.Since Saharanpur does not hav good hotel so this isnthebonlybhotel which offers a bit better service than any Saharanpur hotel. Not recommended.

Average hotel

Stayed at this hotel last week while on a visit to Saharanpur for work. The rooms are spacious and fuctional but could do with better cleanliness (I know my wife would never approve of the room). The bathroom had the toilet seat with cracks while the shower was totally jammed. The tap had no water pressure. 
The hotel had even economised on curtains as window rods needed an extra one to completely block out the light. 
However, the most annoying part of the hotel is the staff and the manager just dont care about the guest. They gave us a room adjascent to their discotheque even though several rooms were vacant. As the night fell and we came back from work, the dosco began blaring loud music. My associate had come early and fallen asleep, but I just couldn't sleep with such loud music. I called up the front desk where the manager said that he could change the room. I told him that my associate had slept off and I didnt want to wake him up and change the room as we both had to leave early morning. I requested him if he could get the volume lowered a bit as it was unbearable even with ear plugs.
The manager called me a few minutes later and said the guests in the disco were not ready to accomodate. I wondered if I was not a guest or living in his hotel for free.
I still tried sleeping but couldnt and called the manager again who said, "Sir aap mujhe pareshan kar rahe ho." 
I asked him till what time the disco would continue. He said it would shut down at 12 miudnight. I waited. When it didn't, I called the manager again and he said "Guests are not ready to shut the music."
I had to finally remind him of his licensing conditions and that I could complain to the police. Following this, the music was finally stopped at 12.30 and I went to sleep at 1 am. At 3 am, I was rudely woken up by loud thuds of music, this time coming from a religious procession nearby. It continued for another hour.
I couldn't understand why should the hotel give any of the rooms on the floor of the disco-theque to any guest when  the disco is not soundproof. No body can sleep in any of the rooms on the floor.
More so, in the morning the staff had no decency to apologise either.
The only saving grace was the food at the hotel. It was quite decent.

Decent Hotel, Poor Staff

Worst service and worst hotel. Nobody on reception, room service or restaurant upto 8 am. No hot water, no running shower. No towels in the bathroom. One small hand towel only. No breakfast given till 8 am inspite of telling to provide in room by 7 am previous day. Billing takes 30minutes. No thermal scanning or sanitization. Plz don't use this hotel specially in these covid times. I had come with my team for business meeting and was really very disappointed with my stay.
