Undoubtedly the best place we’ve stayed in India so far. Situated in a quiet part of Pushkar, a 2 min walk, it’s a family run hotel which made it so relaxing, homely and comfortable. Room was spotless, bathroom too. Good food, not too pricey. 

The hotel itself is lovely, even just to chill out in the evenings after a busy day walking around Pushkar. 

Kind of sad to be checking out and can only hope to find more places like this in India.

if you like hippes types of travelling and like to stay longer at one place, for solo travelers , budget places are good options.

Don’t look any further! This is by far the best hotel in Pushkar. Very clean and cosy. You will enjoy so much reading and relaxing in the common area on the first floor. The owners are super sweet. I forgot my ring in the room and they arranged a way to deliver it to me in Jodhpur!

This Hotel Is Outstanding In Every Aspect, I Loved Their Super Fast Room Service And Moreover They Provide Phenomenal Quality Of Food. The Best Thing About This Hotel Is It's Extraordinary Quality Of Facilities Such As Swimming Pool And Playing Area For The Kids.

I arrived @ night from Ajmer and the whole family was welcoming me. I got a room the first night at the ground floor and could move the next day upstairs in a beautiful and super tidy room. I enjoyed the caring family, the inspiring place very much. For me one of the best accomodations in my Radjastan Trip.

Feeling Home

Like at home, a family! Very cheap, clean, rooftop restaurant.
Rooms around a little family court with a big tree and a Temple.
Very nice!
They can organize everything for you, I strongly suggest the camel tour and one hour massage in your room.

We have seen so many Hotels and Guest Houses in all over India but the Rising Star is really the best place to stay. It is clean, the food is made with love and its delicious, the family is lovely. We can highly recommend to stay there and get in touch with the people.

Best place to be in Pushkar

Located inside small lanes opposite Bus station, this is more of a home stay than hotel. The rooms are clean, facilities are spartan. Attached toilet and hot water on the tap. For a budget hotel it provides very good services compared to the prices it charges.
Run by family who stays in the same building and they are very obliging and accommodating.  Simple home cooked food available on prior order. The ground floor rooms on the street side gets occasional noise from the streets. Otherwise there is not much noise inside the house.
The owner was very helpful in arranging vehicle for Ajmer in the early morning at cheaper rate.

Value for money Home stay

We stayed this week in this hotel. It is located in a dirty narrow street. Rooms were clean. However, bathrooms were dirty, there was no soap in the bathroom. We need an additional blanket to stay warm. Heating as claimed, did not work. They do not provide ringing water. If you have no other option to stay, you may consider this hotel.
