It was a lovely stay , clean rooms, economical food with quality 
5 mint walk to sea , the hotel has a lift which makes a great easy for old people 
One can enjoy lovely view of sea from balcony 😊😊

This is a nice hotel in good budget. Sea beach looks great from its room balcony. It is situated just in front of the sea beach and beside the swargodar. Room service is very good. All the staff of this hotel have a good behaviour. Restaurant is very nice and cooking is also tasty.

Room no 405 is the best. Front seat facing you can gaze at the sea lying in your bed. Remember to buy big bottled water bottles. Food is good if you are a non-vegetarian . Entrance to the hotel is very tiny.

Front seat facing room

Nice Budget hotel at almost in the See beach of Puri. Just beside of swargadwar. Size of the rooms are OK, not big and not so small. In any way you would like to spend in the balcony if you get the see facing rooms. Only the marine drive is in the front of this hotel then the beach start. The main entrance is in that back side but then have a separate way through which you can reach to the beach directly to the marine drive/Beach.

Rooms are clean. Beds are not so comfortable but not bad. Room service is available but I have not tried that since at basement they have big restaurant. Lots of variety of foods are available. Don’t expect that it’s a good quality restaurant from cleanliness but you can expect good quality of Indian food there. Lots of crowd in this restaurant due to availability and quality of foods. Waiting time is very less. You can find lots of thali options here. I have tried diferent thali options and are good.

Bathrooms not very cleaned. Hot water is always available here. 

If you love to watch the see and you are finding budget hotel then go for it.

Good budget hotels for See lovers.

There is no room service whatsoever. Keep this in mind while visiting this hotel. They won't serve you tea, water, or food directly to your room. They don't have an intercom. You have to climb 3-4 flights of stairs to reach the reception desk and find no one present. They won't change your bedsheets/pillow covers daily. You will be using the same ones provided to you during check-in. We have to request the cleaning staff to clean our rooms. Yes, "request." They will never come voluntarily. I stayed for four days and paid 8000 INR. Worst experience so far in Puri. The lady at the counter is the rudest person I have ever met. She thinks she shows us mercy by letting us stay in the hotel. Stay away from this hotel, if possible.

Budget-friendly hotel with the worst service you can imagine

The New Hotel Bidesh Ghar is situated in Swargadwar, Puri, just adjacent to Swargadwar beach. Location wise New Hotel Bidesh Ghar is good, one can reach Shri Jagannath Mandir in 30 minutes by walking.

Limited rooms are available with a sea facing balcony. Though other rooms are spacious, clean and decently decorated. Bathroom is ok and clean.

The New Hotel Bidesh Ghar have a descent restaurant, which offers a wide ranges of menu. Hospitality and behaviour of staffs are courteous. 

But the main turn off is Swargadwar cremation ground, situated just beside the hotel. Grief and mourning sound prevails throughout the day, leads to worries and uncertainty, and the foul smell of burning corpse is very unpleasant.

I will suggest to fellow traveller, try to avoid this hotel.

Nice Hotel with Annoying Surrounding

Very bad behaviour of staff, Intercom was not working, Tv was there but no bangla channel was  there, food served was cold, when we requested them to see these problems as we had a long stay, they gave very insulting words to my a senior brother. It was not expected from a hotel staff . Please avoid this hotel , it's not recommended.
