Booked 4 rooms, the morning of our arrival we even received an email from the hotel confiming for a 3rd time our reservation and that they were expecting us. Only for when we arrive to be told they didn't have ANY rooms for us and that we needed to see with 1) their chain which were absolutely unhelpful and 2) booking. We had to run around town last minute with a 3 year old trying to find another accommodation. I absolutely do not recommend and will never be staying at this hotel or any of the group ever again !
Ps: We bumped into another person who had the same problem as us a few days ago and they even tried to charge them the rooms anyway so this does not seem to be an isolated incident.

Horrible experience

Booked this through booking.com and then received an email saying we had to pay a deposit to secure the booking. Having tried 3 times to pay and it not working I emailed them several times. A few hours before we checked in we telephoned and we’re told the booking was still ok. When we arrived at 10.30pm we were informed that fab express had cancelled our booking with the hotel. They had 1 room left but just for the night. The room was not great the sheet did not fit the bed. The tv did not work and the Wi-Fi was poor. Breakfast was ok but we were charged for the water that was on the table

Not great

I spent a couple of days in pondicherry and this hotel was very centrally in the french quarter. there are some restaurants and bars around and its very close to the museum and to the beach. you can rent bicycles and explore the city. I liked it.

difficult to find, but good location

Decent place with OK sized rooms. Unfortunately our room had about a dozen small cockroaches running around!! All shapes and colors, we asked them to give us another room but they sent someone who then proceeded to inspect the room and then told us it was all fine. Apart from the stay was pretty OK. Bathroom was nice and clean. Location was great!  Right in the middle of the market street, so a 10 min walk to almost everywhere, including the beautiful sea front.

Except for the room, nothing else is good here, be it food, roof top bar or room service - just a waste of money. Room & rest room were clean.

Booked for two days (28th & 29th Dec) in this hotel with my wife and had to cut short my stay half way ..

I also visited the roof top bar with a water bottle provided by the room(from mini bar fridge) and strangely, the water bottle wasn't allowed inside roof top bar by the bouncers - Sampath & Senthil. Restrictions for water bottle - Seriously??? 
Even after complaining, no one paid any heed.

Next in terms of quality of drink, it was mediocre and more so the pricing were high compared to other similar hotels.. Roof top bar doesn't give any bill for ur purchases.. it's totally an unfair trade practice out there.. ordered french fries and chicken 65 as accompaniments and it tasted very ordinary - each 150 RS. (total 300)... Got two Bacardi rum large cost 400rs(200*2)... In total 700rs wasnt worth it for the ambience and facilities provided and that too without a bill...

Decided not to be there any moment further and checked into other bars nearby for a drink & good food.

Hotel security treats you like strangers even after telling them, that we are their room guests.. I had to argue at the night (10pm) to enter the hotel.

Wouldnt recommend this hotel to anyone.

Only choose this room if there is no other option available in pondy - just for the stay and expect nothing else - literally nothing else.

Horrible hotel & roof top bar - Other better places available

We stayed here for 1 day. Hotel can focus on improvement like hospitality, parking space and food served. Otherwise, it was good and budget staying here. Rooms were not too huge but of average space. Staff was also co-operative.One will enjoy here if looking for reasonable and budget stay.

Small & budget Hotel, Located in mid of the city, accessible easily from all part of the town.
Rooms are small but neat. That have a rooftop restaurant as well. no parking space of hotel, You have to park your vehicle outside on road if travelling by your own vehicle.
