The hotel is with rather well appointed rooms, neatly maintained and with courteous staff but the locality is rather unimpressive and not easy to reach from the town. Watch out for mosquitoes and those that come out of the bar that is attached to the hotel. I am not sure it they have a proper parking area other than the space in front. The place could do with some plants and a garden  in the front. Once inside the hotel I thought the place was rather comfortable. Wi-fi almost non existent.

Good rooms but not very conveniently located in town

I arrived at this hotel after a long working day and a two hour drive, and realised immediately that this was no place for a nine night stay. The hotel was dirty, neglected and unhygienic. It was too late to move on, so I was forced to stay for one night. The wifi was not working, there was no hot water in the bathroom, and the bed linen was stained and torn. I contacted my company's local rep who found me another hotel in the town, and I checked out the following morning. 

Don't even consider booking

Clean and small room , limited average breakfast, good service, safe area but no shops nearby, restaurant is available but no kitchen spotted... Bar is available.. hot water on 50% change only... no worries hotel but not excellent one.

I will rate this according to the price, I went there for a business trip and stayed there for a day, at the time of check out he took 30 min to make a bill invoice(I was the only one checking out that time), the hotel doesn't had restaurants food served by them was pathetic ( it had a bad smell), no hot water supply in washroom. But they Have standard spacious room for a person.

Review The hotel

Its a value for money hotel. Executive rooms are nice. Complimentary breakfast is very good and tasty.The bath fittings are also very new. Located approximately 1km from KSRTC station, eazy to find. Highly recommended!

Awesome Property!!! 

It's a good 3-star hotel in Palakkad town with spacious and clean room in a quite hospitality atmosphere. Good management and staffs help us with a wonderful stay experience here. Good restaurant service and a conference room. It's a good hotel for a business meeting and a small family and friends party and gets together. Serving better and delicious food for preorder service to all our functional needs. Try your next stay in here and feel the difference from other hotels in Palakkad town

Good 3 Star Hotel In Palakkad

the hotel is within the city limits near to Prasannalakshmi auditorium.I had booked a suite room which is very spacious. The hotel dont have any bar restaurant but a bar bar is functioning outside the hotel. The odds are they dont clean the room  and dont replenish the tea bags unless u specifically tell them. The break fast served is simple includes only dosa and idly. The restaurant is good

Good Hotel

Can't expect classy facilities at this price  but is a non smelly room and timely breakfast and a safe too much to ask for? Room display shows that a safe is present, but isn't. It also says breakfast at 730, but we got at 830 for a 845 wedding.

Scope for improvement

To start with no-one (locals or tuktuk drivers) could find the hotel, this could be because it was called the ATS Kera NOT the Grand Kera Lords Eco Inn!!!!!
When we arrived they said there was no booking for us so it took a long time to sort but eventually the manager ran upstairs with a can of room spray and we were taken to room 5 minutes later. The room itself was clean (ish) but the bathroom hadn't seen any cleaning products in a long time and the room didn't smell good either. I asked twice for a hand towel, but never got one! The bed was comfortable & linen was clean.

The staff tried really hard but really had no idea what each other was doing..
 
The walls in the room were paper thin and the aircon didn't work. 

Breakfast was awful, really runny, oily curry and bread with Brown pineapple. 

The hotel advertised lots of services, but there were none - no currency exchange, no Wi-Fi enabled rooms, no restaurant, no city views and there really was nothing nearby. 
The manager recommended a restaurant and a tuktuk to get us there - the food was mediocre, but the mouse running around seemed to enjoy it - unfortunately, we then couldn't get back as the restaurant spoke no English and there was not a tuktuk or taxi in sight, so we started walking. Eventually we hailed a tuktuk, who didn't know where the hotel was either, but with our directions he got us back eventually. All in all it was an experience I wouldn't want to repeat.
