Best service and best room we feel better in this hotel very clean bathroom and rooms are very beautiful pillows and beds are very comfortable all my needs are fulfill in this hotel food is good and room services are also available my feel is better other than many hotels

Excellent

The property is great, rooms are clean, although u might find some insects if u keep your windows open( but thats because of the climate of this place and it's not the fault of the hotel) food was delicious, simple and healthy food is what you will get here.

Great servicing and good food

Stay was good but not excellent. 
Pros: Location is very good. Food is good. Staffs are good. Room is spacious. Bed is good. Washroom is quite ok.
Cons: Wooden floor is dirty. Carpet and sofa are dirty. The flooring of washroom is slippery. The cost I paid for suit room is comparatively high.

Right in the City.
Good old property. Decently good. But clean and hygienic. 
Very basic services available with modest staff & service. 
Restaurant is good. Availability was limited at this time, may be due to Covid issues & less tourist. 
Not good for any Kanchanjunga views. Low rise building & lot of obstructions. 
Breakfast was good and served hot despite the cold temps. Rooms service equally good and tasty food. 
Rooms are good. Our came with sofa & separate seating area. 
Clean toilet. Hot water available.

Good-old charm right in the City

Hotel is centrally located at Pelling. Rooms are good and Clean. Dinner was also very tasty. Breakfast was good and have lot of options. Staff is very cooperative and courteous. Although Property is little bit old but overall a good experience and can be chosen for one or two day stay at Pelling.

A Neat and Clean Hotel with Good Location and Service

The location is perfect.quality and the way they served the food was awesome.The manager Mr.barua was very friendly and helpful.He arranged the car for sight seeing in a reasonable price.The entire staff were also helpful.I will surely go and stay here again in my next trip
