Hotel Travellers Paradise

During my recent stay, this hotel went above and beyond my expectations. The staff's friendliness and attentiveness created a welcoming atmosphere from the get-go. The room was spotless, equipped with contemporary amenities and offered a stunning view. Its prime location made city exploration easy, and the dining choices on-site delivered delightful culinary experiences. I highly recommend this hotel for a memorable and comfortable stay.

The room was spacious with comfortable bed. Food was good and reasonable at their restaurant. However TV was not working in our room which they corrected quickly after notifying them. This place is near to Reliance smart store. However there is no lift in the hotel, so make sure you book accordingly if you cant climb the stairs.

We stayed in the hotel for 4 days.It was a good staying. The location of the hotel slightly far from the central part of the city and 5min walking distance from Darjeeling railway station.The rooms were spacious.The bathroom were equipped with all the modern amenities. Some of the rooms are attached with balcony from where the scenic beauty can be enjoyed.The food in restaurant was little bit costly.The propiter of the hotel MD. S. Khan  is a good human being.Only the  service of the house keeping department of the hotel is below average where they need to improve a lot.Otherwise I recommending this for a comfortable stay.

Hotel Travellers' Paradise - Quite The Literal

Comfortable stay

About traveller paradise in Darjeeling.

Hotel traveler paradise is a good hotel. Hotel food is tasty. The service of the hotel is good. But the girls working in the hotel were not good because we had kept a girls towel to dry or the hotel room service girl stole the girls handkerchief. Or the hotel reception's brother is using very bad words with those special girls.

Hotel room service  girls towel, and reception's brother are not learn about how to talk with costumers or girls.

So we landed up in Darjeeling unplanned and while we looking for not so expensive or luxurious hotels,  we came across this hotel.  Its totally worth the money you spend.  Rooms are huge (yes a bit smelly probably cos they are not used frequently) but the staff did give us room sprays and after which it was alright.  Staff wasn't the most courteous but again that's attributed to the lack of training imparted to them. Bfast was pretty good though with limited options.  View from the hotel terrace was very good, and if you got lucky you could see Kanchenjunga :). The other plus is its fairly centrally located and the station is located within 5 mts walk. 

Worth the Cost

Very poor and unhygienic.

3. Flies in bathrooms
4. Broken switches 
5. Broken hand jet spray
6. Main hall in front of rooms is filled with sheets and mattress which should be in storage instead

We stayed for 2 days and it was aweful.The food was horrible,the room was so small and conjested.The blanket was like bought from local roadside.The quality of hotel was seriously low.The staff had no hospitality and etiquettes.It was like we rented a cheap room.There were no toiletries provided and kitchen service was horrible.No food was provided apart from breakfast and dinner in room even on chargable basis. The breakfast had strictly one cooked dish only.The bread provided was stale.There were serious hygiene issues in the whole building even though they claim it's a new property.The plates and utensils were like bought second hand and dirty.Plz don't book this hotel if you are looking for a comfortable stay.
