The services of Pride were really amazing including the food quality , the room service , the front desk reservations, reception and house keeping. I want to make a special mention about the quality of food and secondly about Payal front desk duty manager .She was very professional , quick and cordial in nature.She was quick in her work area with a compassionate mannerism and her behavior in general towards all the guest was really respectfully and worth mentioning . I have visited pride many times and every time it offers the same level of services.Be it duty manager , food or house keeping .Hygiene was maintained at the dining area including the live counter, which will be the most important thing for any guest.Also the pick up cab service from the airport was timely .The driver also helped me with some of the medicines which I asked for without any hesitation.Overall the services very really good. Looking forward to the same level of services in future as well. Heartily gratefully for all the things pride provided in making my tenure at nagpur very smooth and comfortable every time I visited.
