It was an ultimate and amazing experience in the lap of nature, rooms were very cozy, neat and clean and very creative work of wooden and entire property the dinning space is very very eye catchy, the ambience of the restaurant is very appealing in such a small hotel.

Amazing experience

Very excellent boutique hotel of just 05  rooms under budget, which is very good for private off sites and parties for family and friends, I visited this last week and feels like that it's just ment for us as we taken up suite room with terrace sitout space. The view of mussoorie is very splendid & amazing from here. It's very close to chaar dukan.

Best for small group of Friends

Small but cozy hotel and well maintained  rooms, a very comfortable  accommodation for families.location of this hotel is the usp, as one can visit many places from here, A very beautiful and wow factor of this hotel is the restaurant, which  brings a very lovely view of nature.

Very Peaceful and beautiful

Spend 02 days here in Landour, with my Friends, we visit Lal Tibba & Mall Road only. Apart from that we stay in This small boutique Hotel Only, the location is very much close to nature, you will feel yourself in different world. Have nothing much to do in this small hotel, but overall its nice rooms are very cozy, one can have a very decent view from the rooms, I like the restaurant very Much, it reminds me of some old age movies, altogether a different feel.

An Optimistic Experience, in the Lap of Nature

We visited Landour on the eid long weekend. The hotel is away from the hustle bustle of main Mussorie. The rooms are pretty huge with decent amenities. Don’t expect any hight class services but everything else is great. 

Long weekend getaway 

This hotel is like a Woden cottage. Cute rooms, hotel staff is friendly they may allow u to cook and arrange for food too of the place is far. This is away from main market but the place is peaceful and away from hustle bustle. Perfect for couples, friends, family stay coz of cozy rooms.

Wooden cottage

There are not many places in Landour to stay.
This is the better one. However its a lil walk 20 mins to Rokbee and Cafe Ivy. Nikhil was very nice and good guy. However the place gets really cold. Recommend 2 heaters her room during subtle winters and more during middle winters.

Location good

Not worth investing this much for a deteriorating room.
Rooms are old and unmaintained such as the bedding.
Bathroom smells like rotten cabbage and floor is rotting as well. 
Cafe is open off and on- management needs to invest in better cleanliness all around and not just bandaid the unmaintained.

We have a tour in Landour Mussoorie in August 2018. We booked online for two days. But after One days we left this hotel and lost one days rent as it was very very bad hotel as per me. The Hotel situated at Road side and it is ok. There are two floor in this hotel. We stayed at ground floor. The room is spacious but not decorated at per. Bathroom is very small size not not clean and it always in wet condition. There are too much seepage in walls and roof which contains bad odor. The outside view from hotel is not good  for which we go outside. Also service of hotel is very bad . In which date we reach the hotel there is only one staff . There was no cook and no food at restaurant and we are too much sufferer for our food . Also it is very difficult to reach there without expart driver as the road is very narrow , stiff and crowdy. So I request if you think to go there you are ready for same experience . But the room in first floor is good and bathroom is spacious may be booked. I never go this hotel in future.
