Stayed there for 2 nights with friends last week.Wonderful property on the lake,pretty quiet. Mr.Arun and his crew are very attentive and helpful. Very clean and well maintained .Will really recommend this place ,the cost doesnt pinch your purse.Only thing is remember to order your food in advance,

serene location

Cannot recommend this boutique hotel enough! Although initially worried by the lack of response to our email, and our driver struggling to find the place, as soon as we arrived at Harmony Waves (we assume this was more down to booking.com not updating records) as the staff couldn't do enough for us. From heading to the shop daily to buy ingredients to cook whatever we requested 3 meals a day (delicious Keralan food) to organising our excursions such as a boat to the bird sanctuary on the island opposite, a houseboat overnight stay, even coming with us in the taxi himself to ensure we found the right boat. The staff were perfection, the rooms were spacious, clean and modern with very effective air conditioning, stunning views from the large balcony with plenty of interesting things to watch coming and going on the river. Our only regret is that we couldn't stay longer!

Stunning hotel with amazing views!

What can I say! This was one of the best resorts I have stayed in anywhere. Arun Oomen, the manager is a gem, and his staff are attentive, friendly and prompt. 
We arrived for the first time in Kerala and were booked into a resort in Kumarakom, which turned out to be a total scam. We then had to quickly find ourselves accommodation and started ringing around. Arun answered the phone and took a booking over the phone without even a deposit. Life saver!
We were totally new to the place and it was night by then, so he kept us on the phone and kept giving our terrible taxi driver directions and finally even came to get us at 10 PM. When we arrived tired and demoralized, he had a beautiful dinner set for us on the backwaters and seeing how tired we were, didn't even bother us with check in details until the next day. 
The service was personal and homely, just what we needed to lift our spirits and enjoy our honeymoon, which would otherwise have been ruined.

Best place in Kerala

The locations is perfect for honeymooners and family those who wants escape to the tides of back waters.calm and quite atmosphere, endless back water views from balcony ( with a cool beer ) is give a relaxation for you entire stress.

One of the major island destination in Alleppey is locations just opposite side this resorts called , Parthiramanel .Activities bird watching,natural walk.
