The village near from mall road and manali bazaar.
Near also from jogini fall, about 2km.
Very nice place with mountain view.
Friendly Staff for service. Amenities complete, with towel, soap, lotion, hot water. And they know what we like, so our omelette for breakfast made without masala.

Awesome  Location with Excellent Staff Behaviour, Clean Toilets, Rooms are Fantastic. Will Stay again whenever I visited to Manali.The Cottage is Just 2 km from Manali Mall.Enjoyed my stay I would stay here again and recommend this hotel to friends and family

The Villa is located very strategically at Manali Rohtang road, so away from hustle and traffic jams of City. 
Very near to Vashist temple.
The owner Bharat Khurana was very helpful and offered great hospitality, so was the Hotel Manager Rajender. They offered great advice and personalized service.
The things to improve were the housekeeping and service time. Can be understandable since its a busy season, but still requires improvement.

The worst cottage i have ever seen and the owner    does not deal with the customer properly and no cleaning in rooms, washrooms
Worst cottage dont book it dont waste your money in this cottage and no staff is there for cleaning and for all activities.

Yatra is just faking with the Hotel Star Ratings. In my enquiry yatra given me a Property Called " Villa Riverine, Bahang, Manali which is a 2 star property actually but yatra mentioned it to be as 3 star Hotel. I went through some reviews and they sounded good. Believe they are all fake. Property (Villa Riverine) doesn't have a dinning hall, doesn't have a Generator or any power backup in case of Power Cut, doesn't have a staff who can serve you, deluxe rooms here (given to me) was below acceptable, even Lodge rooms are bigger than that hopeless room,  Breakfast served was just a Favour Hotel is doing on Guests, Only one item was served every morning 1st day Aloo Paratha with Curd 2 nd day Chola Puri, 3rd Day Poha and Again Aloo Paratha (2 item because they had some known guests of property owner), Tea served was just red water, believe me I am a die hard fan of Tea and coffee but 3 days I have to drink that red water adding sugar to it. I had a dinner included in the package So they a new favor was 2 Veg, 1 Dal, 1 Roti, 1 Plain Rice thats it. No sweet, No special item, No enthusiasm to serve. I already said that they don't have a dinning room. Also room cleanliness is a major issue. The bathroom had hairs in basin and on tiles. 1st day we reached late so we got hot water for bathing, 2nd day there was no hot water as there was no current (power cut), 3rd day again there was no hot water in morning and man on reception said that i will check and took 1 and half hour to rectify issue, later he said there was a block in some pipe which led to the problem. I left hotel at 10 AM till then no hot water. On 2nd night at around 1 AM in midnight there was some 4 kids playing in reception area so I called the reception and asked what is this noise? The idiot man on reception says " Sir Guests hain Bacche khel rahe hai" I said then who are we aren't we guest? Then after around half hour they went to there room i guess and then i spelt. I asked to clean the room on 3rd day. When i returned from the sightseeing I saw bed was made, bathroom wasn't cleaned, bathroom's mirror was not cleaned, No replacement of towels were done same old wet towels were folded on the bed. All in all yatra and Hotel together ruined my trip. I will think of legal action against yatra for this nuisance.

Waste your money, mood & time here. 3rd class

I had books property directly. The owner had promise me premium property. We checked in at around 3 pm. Property manager gave us room in extended part racing river. Told entire manali has no light. So generator was not started till late night. Theater owner had told extra charge of rs 400. Property manager told rs 500. Again settle at 400. Later we realidad that the false celing has started leaking. We inform property manager. And asked for old set of room. We were informed group has booked all 6 room. Food was served in ground floor with no electricity. Later as the rain increased through the night. There was serious rainfall in the bathroom as well. We had to visit the bathroom with umbrella in hand. This continue till morning. There was water leaking outside our room just above the main door as well. They fixed the issue next day. 

View was amazing but it was nullified with bathroom leakage. 
We later came to know the extension has been recently build and no wonder in hurry. 
Food was good and home cooked.
