Sher Villas Heritage

We arrived at the resort hot and tired after a 7 hour drive. Due to failure to communicate from Tour my India as well as other issues we were ready to leave India altogether. We were met by the manager Satish, who assured us that he would resolve any issues we may have including with the tour operator. We were given cold beverage whilst Satish went straight on the phone to sort difficulties, which he did. Satish and the staff cannot do enough for their guests, their service is second to none. Our Maharaja tent was much bigger than expected, big comfy bed with huge pillows, more than adequate living area with separate bathroom. Daily housekeeping, replenishing tea, coffee, bottled water and linens. The food was excellent and made to order. The staff were fantastic particularly Pintu and Dharmraj. Satish is a gentleman as well as man of his word. Cannot recommend this resort and staff highly enough. Keep up the good work guys.
