Fantastic hotel, superb food, owner himself attended us and also without asking gave discount on room rates. Helpful staff and positive ambience and aura of hotel is positive.
Recommend for family and couples. They have seperate car parking area also. Room have city view and cost and clean hygienic washroom and linens are not smelly, seems they are not reused for every guest again and again without washing. Good and tasty food room service available..without giving second thought book this hotel and shall never regret at all…

Firstly when I was making plan to visit hotel, it was really glad to hear from owner who made us comfortable & relax by giving best deal and guidance prior to our visit. Secondly it's highly respectful for a customer when hotel owner himself along with his staff to welcome their customer on the entrance. We never ever welcomed by any big or small hotel like this before. 
Room is high class with awesome mountains view. Food is sooooo delicious with reasonable cost and with good quantity. Staff is very polite and supportive. Room service is very quick. It was a perfect stay for us. Owner arranged cab for us also in very reasonable cost. 
Rohit (The Owner) is the one who take full responsibility to make his customer happy and make their stay memorable. 
I will highly recommend everybody to visit this world class hotel. Recommended to my friend also with same duration of our stay they also enjoyed a lot.

On my trip to Chanshal Pass, I stayed in this hotel on last day of the trip.

The property is well maintained with decent rooms and courteous staff. The owner, Mr. Rohit, leads by example. He's courteous, polite, helpful and scores 100 out of 100 when it comes to hospitality.

He was there to greet us, provided support with our luggage and was also there in the restaurant to make sure that we were treated well. They also have a dedicated parking space which gives you a peace of mind.

I'd strongly recommend this hotel to groups as well as families.

Actually we went to this hotel many years back.I don't remember the dates.The food was very good.Hotel people are very helpful.We drink hot water here.The view is very Himalayan food n mountain attract us.

Best service in hotel and very helpful staff..n owener is very kind and helpful.. view after snow falls was awesome.. live snow falls was da icing on the cake.. property is small but service is good. Food is also good

Pros - 
Easily accessible located mid of the market. Veg Noodle soup 🍲 was delicious and I enjoyed it. Staff was good. Rooms were on pocket friendly price.
Ambience was good nothing special to mention. Service was quick and fast

Cons -
Cleaning sanitization to be improved nowadays that play important part. Food was not pocket friendly as per Their menu portion. 


Not the best but was Good

A small hotel with limited facilities food was average with limited choice nothing much to write. Staff was good and offered quick service when we were Eating over all a average experience. It  is Located in mid of the marketing easy to reach.
