Nath Condominium

I had booked all the apartments for few days for my family and friends (mostly from overseas) during my son's wedding reception in Calicut during Jan '16. I was very impressed with the quality of the facilities and the service provided by the employees in keeping the guests happy. I was quite proud about hosting my friends from overseas in this quality residence till the last day when I approached the Owner to convey may thanks and happiness. Before I could even open my mouth, the owner was very rude in expressing his anger that one of the door handle was broken by my "people" - all matured over middle age/retired group. (Later I found that the broken door handle is a weak cast-aluminium past it's life.) The owner asked his assistant to charge me a paltry sum of Rs. 1000 extra, which I happily agreed and paid (by this time I had already paid around Rs. 152,000 / as our total bill!!) - I was little bit amused rather than irritated with the owner's "goodwill gesture". I think the owner lacks professionalism and experience. We all had a great opinion about the property, but lost our goodwill due to such silly management decisions.
