At first sight it’s a bit grungy but the service is first class. Very very helpful staff
 The breakfast omelette is wonderful. As was the masala chai and coffee. 
Rooms were well cleaned - when I remembered to hand in my key! 
The location is great plenty of places nearby, restaurants, markets sweet shops. Didn’t take long to get into Park Street. 
My only problem was the very very hard bed - but I do have a back problem.

Great service

The hotel is an excellent place to stay in one of the prime locations of South Kolkata. Economically priced and provides all basic facilities. Neat & clean rooms with helpful staff. Food is superb. Highly recommended!

Excellent@Economic Stay

The hotel is nice , clean and hygiene . 
Staff is friendly. The surrounding area is clean which is a rare scene in Kolkata. Its in quite area and some very classy restras are near by . 
Don't forget to try rosogulla.

Nice hotel

the staff were helpful and the food was good. it is very good location. its clean and peaceful neighbourhood is one of the plus points but the water they provided was in a used bottle which doesn't feel good.

was a pleasant experience

The rooms were just fine. The bed linens and towels had dirty spots here and there which ridiculed me. I stayed there just for a night and so it was okay. The room and the washroom were fairly clean but the lobby and the stairway were dark and very unwelcoming.
