The rooms are spacious and the toilets are clean. The complimentary breakfast buffet is excellent with all items tasty.. the families rooms are spacious and suitable for familes and group of 6 people

As name suggests it's a low budget stay option nestled among some good views. since weather stays cool to pleasant throughout year in Kodai many rooms are made from wood not brick so it gives warmth if you visit in monsoon or winter. 

Rooms are spacious, somewhat clean so are bathrooms Beds & linens seems cheaply brought ones.  

Lowest tariffs rooms will not offer complementary breakfasts but mid to higher budget will offer the same. off season room only tariff starts from 650 INR. Apart from double occupancy they have triple occupancy rooms too.

In house restaurant serves fresh cooked limited option menu which is also reasonable priced one.

Staff quite friendly & services are fast.

Nice place to stay with family.good service and very good hospitality..well arranged though rooms are full.versatile room choices for different needs..a point to improve..more food choices are required

this is one of the best budjet hotel in kodaikanal....rooms are neat and clean....rates are reasonable....we stayed here for 2 nights....staffs are not qualified and not friendly,service is ok.....foods provided as room service is very tasty...

Hotel Staff are supportive, Rooms are clean  and location are excellent. Best hotel for family. Staff are so polite and kind hearted. We will visit next time in Kodaikanal and will stay here only. I will prefer this hotel

town country guest house not suitable for families and couples looking for small room and toilet very tarty other than so many rooms staying in bachelor with drink and drugs using don't go to families and couples. ...........
