Property is in very bad condition.
Starts from check in, booked for a non smoking room and when we entered in the room my god, Previous guest must have smoked 20 packets inside the room,That small it was.
We were hungry so went to restaurant, Ordered food for 6 members but they served food for only 4 persons. At last so called , manager came after 45 minutes and told us our ordered food not available. Great...
My kids were really hungry so i don't want to take a chance so ordered food through online for dinner.
Went personally to reception at 10.15 and informed them to give us plates in our room.
Believe me  we have not received plate until 11.45, so went to reception and asked them regarding this they didn't even bothered.   

This is not the place who seek good service or comfortable stay with family.
They are charging for a 3 star property but. Lodges are better than this.
Please beware and stay away.

MUST STAY AWAY PROPERTY>>>>

We stayed in this hotel enroute to cochin as an overnight stay. We were a family of 3 with a couple and a child. The room that they. Gave first was so dirty and shabby on first floor. Then we had to complain to the manager who then put us on 3rd floor. It was better than 1sr floor but definitely not worth the money. Shabbily maintained.  Will never visit again. 

Very bad choice

The stay was pleasant and good. Staffs in reception and the room service was good. Had a good stay here. Ambience was good and the room was spacious and neat in good condition.

Business trip

The hotel can do much better. Rooms were not cleaned properly. Curtains barely hanging on to its holder. Washroom stained with watermarks not cleaned for ages. Bed hasn’t been cleaned for ages. Quite a dingy feel. Do stay if you’ve minimum expectations

Stay only if you must

Me and my husband visited hotel for dining.. Food is very tasty and yummy.. Especially chef babu. Personally he met us at restaurant to make sure how was our food and make us comfortable.

The hotel is actually nice. The checkin process is good and smooth. The reception desk tries to be helpful. However the house keeping is not good at all. There were cockroaches in the washroom. No water was provided in the rooms. Toiletries were missing as well.

Good Hotel but poorly maintained

I approached them for the banquet hall for a family get to gether and When i first visited i was not much sure about the taste and service but then i was extremely happy with the quality of food they provided and the most comfortable service they provided..  its a must visit affordable place and they also provide a complementary room during your function ib the hall.. the room is also of a good quality and i guest this place 100/100

Great service and atmosphere

We were going to Ooty and since our flight was to land around 10 in the night we thought of staying for one night at Orbis. So beginning with the positives first, the hotel is located very near to the Coimbatore International Airport almost 2.5 km only. And upon that, they also provided with an airport transfer service which was good.

Coming to the hotel, the reception area is well lit and tastefully decorated. There are plenty of sofas to sit around the reception area. The same is for the lobby areas. Coming to the room, they were well lit and nicely structured. There were 2 big beds and a small table between the two beds. Apart from that the bathroom and room also had all the amenities.

Now things that need improvement. First is the level of cleanliness. Needs drastic improvement. The bedsheets and towels were as if they were not properly washed and there was a kind of pungent smell in the bathroom which was not good. Apart from that, even the electric plugs were loose and it became quite difficult to charge the devices. 

Coming to the restaurant service, the morning breakfast did contain a good variety of dishes but the service was painstakingly slow. It takes time for them to refill even the coconut chutney and then you just need to wait until they refill things which are not good. It breaks the breakfast rhythm. 

Thus, even though the hotel is good there are plenty of things that need improvement especially in terms of cleanliness and prompt service.

We had a birthday party at orbis. The hall was rich and nice!! The customer service was also superb. Food was very good...the managers are very friendly. I strongly recommend orbis’s Banquet hall for all family occasions .. the hall can accommodate 150 people ... parking will be taken care by drivers yu can drop out near the enterence of the facility

I like this hotel very much for the ambience and location.A good service and kind manager support was first impression to proceed further.. Good rooms and very neat. A good place to stay and relax. Best suit for family, couple, friends and kids as well. Tasty food in their restaurant is available.
