Great place with a lot of excited activities.
Lot of details considered in design of this space from all respects of life. 
I will sure visit again... For more fun

MANAGEMENT DEVELOPMENT

I normally don't like to give a rating of 1 or 2 to any place. People put in so much hard work into their business and to run it down by writing a poor review is not my thing. But I found it really hard to give this place anything above a 2. Again, I don't want to be spiteful, so let me just state facts - as I experienced it.

I arrived at the hotel at 1 am - the address that Google showed me. The building actually looks quite impressive from the outside, justifying the "3 star" tab that the hotel claims. After getting off the cab, I discovered that the gate was closed. The handwritten signboard said the entrance is from the other side. The "other side" turned out to be nearly 500 meters away, requiring going back to the main road (ORR) and making 2 right turns, escorted by stray dogs.

When I reached the reception, I was greeted by a man sleeping on the sofa in front. I had to literally shake him off his slumber after which he stared blankly at me for 5 minutes. Finally he collected his wits and called somebody at the reception. When I showed my reservation, the man greeted me saying I was "supposed to come yesterday" which was factually correct I guess.

I was taken to the room on the 2nd floor. The corridor was dusty and uninviting. Probably the construction next door taking a toll. The room was OK. Before I could look around, the attendant had vanished - presumably to catch his sleep again. I fumbled to switch on the AC, fan and looked for the toiletries and towel in the bathroom which were not there. I called reception who informed he will send it. When nothing showed up in 15 minutes, I slept as I was too tired to call again.

The next morning, I asked for the towels and toiletries again and also asked them to serve breakfast (included in my package) as I needed to leave early. Nothing showed up in the next 20 minutes. I walked down to the reception, only to be told that "housekeeping" is working on my request. In 10 minutes, a man showed up at the door with a soap, a shampoo sachet and a towel. I cleaned up using the cold water that came through the hot water tap and left for work. By now, my hopes were so low that I did not bother complaining about hot water or the breakfast which had not showed up even 45 minutes after the order.

In the evening on my return, I switched on the TV to find none of the channels were working. "You need to renew the subscription" was the message. I tried using the wifi, which hobbled along but worked for some time. The next day I did get wait and got breakfast which was an aloo paratha and tea, served in the room.

The best thing I can say about the hotel is that it has a great location. Opposite to the Prestige Tech Park and a stone's throw away from RMZ Ecospace and Ecoworld as well as Dell EMC, Ericsson. It seems the hotel is still under construction, as does every other building in the vicinity which really creates too much of a dusty and gloomy atmosphere. Hope it gets better in the future when all the construction is done. But even then, the attitude and service needs a huge improvement for this establishment to be successful.

Good location, but needs a lot of work

Cons:
1. Dark and gloomy 
2. No hot water 
3. Infested with mosquitoes 
4. Basic amenities not given until asked for. 
5. Every furniture is flimsy 
6. The hotel is still under construction so everywhere smells like paint. 
7. Breakfast was given as only bread and tea. Without butter, jam or anything.

Worst hotel experience

Stayed here for two nights. Horrible place.WIFI didn’t work,no hot water in bathroom(theyoffered to get in buckets). AC was not cooling,stinking bathroom,torn and dirty towel and bed linen,no bright lights,broken switches etc. Not one good thing to talk about. They said parking available - not theirs but on the road which is risky. No security in hotel. They thrive because of their location - in a gully opposite to tech park. Will never recommend this place and advise caution.

Stay at Sunray, Marathahalli, Bengaluru

This hotel was booked by the organization with which I had worked with, the location of the Hotel is decent but not great. The services are average, you will have to ask for services else you won't get any like electric kettle, iron box etc. The room is lighting is very bad. They do not provide any bright light for study purpose or any laptop work. Rest food and everything is pretty descent. Overall it's a value for money service.

Business Trip

Good front office staff - who manage the entire property. Pickup and drop to office is advantage. Meals included - with bf and dinner adds value. And 5 mins from eco space - Commercial hub. Best budget hotel in marathali ( Hope i have spelled it correctly )

Nice budget hotel

The management of the hotel is not good.People are very slow to respond.They dont have the basic courtesy that when a guest is checking into the hotel room they should at least get drinking water.Nothing great to write about.I would suggest you can drop in to this hotel if you dont have other options

Location rocked! Couldn't have asked for anything better close to Prestige Tech Park. Traffic at road crossing is very tricky though. Navigate safely as a pedestrian. Since it's further away from the Ring Road, the traffic noises don't bother. Good breakfast buffet. Nice size room. Overall clean. But bathroom was old, stained and coming off in places. Room service and staff response in generally slow and notable area of improvement. Having said everything, my stay was good. And just given the sheer location and affordable pricing, I will stay again, if needed.
