The hotel was in an ideal position for the beach and the room was spacious and had a shower and toilet and fridge.The only downside was that our room faced the road and was quite noisy first thing in the morning.

Budget hotel close to the beach

Excellent place to stay in there centre of pollen.Rooms are comfortable ,spacious and spotlessly clean.We paid 1800rps in high season in jan and even extended our stay by a few days.Receptionist was pleasant and polite and we got a superb exchange rate in the sun moon travel agency downstairs. Don't hesitate to stay here and we already planning to  go back during next years stay.Highly recommend the bar opposite for morning coffee the best in Goa

Clean ,spacious rooms at great price

Located in the main beach road, this guesthouse/ hotel is perfect if you want a big and speciouse room, with AC and a balcony overlooking a mini- jungle ;) 
While it is not on the beach, you can enjoy some peacs and quite.

Great Place

Hubby and I stayed 5 nights at Sun n Moon guest house. We were impressed with the upscale look of the place, inside and out. The staff was extremely friendly and welcoming. The bathroom and guest room were spacious and comfortable. We were fortunate to get a corner unit overlooking the village, which was quieter than the rooms facing the street. We loved the big balcony, and spent many afternoons lounging in the comfy chairs on the deck. Everything in our room worked well. Not sure about the TV, as we didn't turn it on. The wifi worked well most of the time. There were occasional power- and Internet-outages, common throughout India. The  bar fridge was handy for chilling drinks. The guest house was within easy walking distance of Palolem Beach and its many restaurants and shops. The room and bathroom were spotlessly clean, and quiet, too. The beds were comfy, and we appreciated the wardrobe, chairs and coffee/end tables in the room. The laundry service was excellent and inexpensive. We'd highly recommend Sun n Moon guest house.

Close to beaches, shopping and restaurants!

The staff was very friendly and helpful. I stayed a few extra days. Very clean rooms and good location, close to the main entrance to the beach. You can also find a back way going the other way and through one of the resorts. Will definitely stay here again when I'm back in Palolem.

Excellent hotels

Very pleased

This hotel is located near the shopping areas and the beach. It does not have the facility for breakfast, but tea making jugs are available. The staff led by Rajanikant were extremely cooperative and friendly. As we had arrived late in the night around 5am, we had the room available for us and as we stayed for 5 days, we were not charged for the early check-in.They also have an internet outlet downstairs. Overall, a very pleasant stay.

Centrally located and spacious accommodation

Shown room but was not given any explanations of accommodation policy and wardrobe was locked but no key given.Next morning asked for key to wardrobe so could unpack was told would be given later poor girl tried 4or 5 different keys to find one that worked. No house keeping was given only offer for room to be cleaned afternoon before going the next morning of our 4 night stay a bit disappointing.Kettle provided but only 2 glasses no cups so had to use for both hot and cold drinks.A few tweaks needed to improve stay.
