The apartment was amazing in all aspects it has everything you need and more. My husband and I stayed here for 6 nights and personally I could live there😊 the apartment block is a 2 minute walk to all the main shops, pubs, restaurants and bus stops. There is 2 supermarkets close by both a few minutes walk (the apartment does have an information leaflet with directs) we did a northern lights tour and the bus stop was a five minute walk round the back of the apartments. I highly recommend these apartments and also Reykjavík we had an amazing time.

Excellent apartment 

We were in apartment 301. After some confusion, we managed to get in touch with the management company and got the necessary codes.
The apartment is perfect, and has everything you could need.It was warm and comfortable with great beds.
Parking is a great help, but you are within walking distance of everythign you could need.

Fantastic Apartment

Stayed here for a 3 night break to celebrate my daughters upcoming 18th birthday. Dont be out off by the outside of the property as inside it is immaculate. We had a 2 bedroom apartment for myself my husband and our 2 teenage daughters. The open plan lounge dining area was spacious and the kitchen was extremely well presented modern and functional. The coffee machine was a lovely addition. Also large flat screen TV with UK channels and Wifi worked well.Large family bathroom with modern walk in shower. There was also a utility room with washing machine sink etc. We didnt drive so made no use of the car park but was really conveniently located for the excursion pick ups with bus stop 10 just 3 mins down the road. There are supermarkets near by and great bars around llemur square. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay there. 

Fantastic Apartments

First time in Reykjavik but very frequent traveler with high standards.

Support in answering questions by email in advance of the trip was instant and all questions answered thoroughly (by Youssef). Always able to reach someone by phone whilst staying also.

Very good location just minutes from central area and close to a new food court with wonderful, eclectic food and drink offerings.

Modern, clean and fully equipped. Comfortable beds and everything you could need to cook, also a Nespresso machine. Security good and safe parking at no additional cost appreciated,

I highly recommend Opal Premium Apartment and have to say it exceeded my expectation.

One small point of feedback for managers - please proactively provide new key safe code when the month changes and the code changes. SLightly annoying to waste time on departure trying to open the key box to then call and be told the code has changed. Very minor point however.

Great service, great apartment.

We booked a two-bedroom apartment for one night. The place was clean, spacious, well-lit and centrally located. We had no issue self-check-in and check-out. Beds were comfortable and the kitchen offered functionality for simple cooking and food prep.

Great location, clean apartment

Stayed here for 3 nights whilst touring golden circle and further.  On the downside, the carpark is very smelly (sulphur smell).  There is a lift which is great.  Not far to shops and services.  We had a 2 bedroom apartment, beds comfortable, but could be more block out as sun didn't set whilst we were there.  Cooking facilities worked well as did laundry ones. Big lounge room area for Europe and very clean.  2nd bedroom very small.

Serviceable, functional apartment

We were in Apt 302. Everything looked new. Plenty of room, had large open area which included kitchen, dining, and living room. Large bedroom nice bathroom and laundry( no drier). Staff super helpful but you need to email them or call them because they are on premises most of the time. Are a couple maintenance issues. Our travel companions in Apt 202 had a couple minor issues. Great location , walked to all our restaurants and tour pickup locations. Hard to find a better place to stay for the money



Great place to stay

This was a perfect base for staying in the city. Modern, light and airy - well appointed - fully fitted kitchen and large bathroom with walk in shower. Close to all facilities, bus stops and plenty of restaurants. Doesnt have back out blinds so bring eye masks in the summer!

Perfect location and lovely apartment

Can't fault the place. Plenty of room well equipped with all you need a dryer would be good. Close to the centre of the city. Parking is good as well. Excellent communication on booking. Will use again if I visited again.

Good place 

Upon arrival the apartment smelled of cigarette smoke. There was cigarettes and ash on the balcony so showed the previous person was smoking there. We even had a neighbor come in and smell the apartment when we were first checking in and she said it smelled horrible. When we informed the property they treated us as if we were making it up. We had to stay somewhere else that night as it gave us headaches. The property would not refund us for that night and was not easy to work with to get a different room. It was a good location but I wouldn’t waste my time with this company as they don’t care about their customers.
