I arrived after a rough ferry-ride in Heimæy and the warm and friendly welcome was exactly what I needed to feel at home. I booked a bunk in the female-dorm and I got a twin-room, which was a lovely surprise after weeks in crowded dorms. The great staff informed me about weather, museums and sights. On my departure-day they even called the ferry-company for operational news and let me stay in my room till the departure-time. The kitchen is very clean and well equipped, the bathrooms are good. I hope to come back one day....but in summer 😀
