We booked this hotel only on the same day of the arrival. 
Our room was very quiet and clean. We had a big balcony facing to the garden.
The place has a big parking place and the hotel is near to the railway station and to the lake.
The breakfast place is approx 10 min walk from this villa in an other one (called Jókai Villa) but it was included in our price.
The only negative this was the staff at the reception. When I booked on booking.com it was written that we can pay by credit card (I also checked this info on the website) but the lady said it is not possible because we stay in other villa not the main (Jókai)... She was very rude and unhelpful.  During breakfast she was talking with the waitress from the breakfast so we needed to ask everything one by one (bread, eggs, juice, tea). The breakfast place was full but they just talking and talking in the reception about theire childs...Sorry but I paid for this service and there was no service ever, even bad one.. Because of them I do not want to go back to this place.

Good villa, rude staff

As soon as we open the door we were welcomed by a bunch of spiders, all sizes and colors. Not a very good first impression. Also the cleanliness is not their forte. Honestly I am not very confortable to sleep here. The AC does not exists but they provide a fan - thank god we don t need to use it! The breakfast is served 500m away, in another building. Also the room is very noisy - with all the clubs at one street away.
I would like to say something positive, but besides the size of the room I cannot find anything else. Maybe the receptionist who were nice and helpful on the phone. 

Dirty, spiders, noise - run as fast as you can!

We stayed Villa Campana for one night.

Negative: 
1.one-bar signal wifi, nearly none;

2. No aircon. Instead, they provided a portable machine: it blew cool air in the front and hot air in the back. How could it help on a hot July day?? That is the most useless machine we have ever seen. Really weird...like in a science fiction story. An aircon that blows hot and cold air simultaneously.!!!??? Whaddaya crazy?

Some other customers have real aircon in their room. In order to get a room with aircon depends on your luck??

3. Reception and breakfast are actually in a different building 400m away on another street, involving some trips to check-in, breakfast, check-out. In other words we need to drive to have coffee and breakfast.!!!??? Very odd. Very european. Of course booking.com said nothing about this.

4. Campana is one block away from the pedestrian road to the clubs, bars and restaurants, next to the lake,  it was loud at night in July.

5. Only one lamp?

Positive:
Close to the lake. US$ 48 plus 5 €  parking. Big room. Just inconvenient for practical matters. a big black mark for booking.com which sent us to a building on a different street than the hotel reception. Wastes our vacation time on a sunny day.
