We we're two people in Room which was separated, small but clean. High seeling. There were two bathrooms really clean. Showers were comfortable and hot water. No needed to wait only one time to bathrm

Nice location clean and friendly

First solo trip and I picked this location due to ya great location.
Location is very good and it’s easy to find your way back after a long day/night exploring. 
The hostel is incredibly clean and well equipped. You are made to take your shoes off when you enter your block, which was fine and they offer slippers if you want them.
A big downside for me was I felt that only having two showers in a block which had I guess over 15 guests, was not adequate. Every single time I went to use the shower I had to wait over 10 mins (sometimes 20), which was very annoying. 
I was on a top bunk. I found the ladder really hard to climb up, although this was annoying, it was incredibly funny. 
The bed is very uncomfortable and I did not sleep well. I could not locate a charging point for my phone as I slept so I had to leave my phone out of view and completely away from my bed I order to charge it. This was annoying as I kept waking up worrying someone would steal my phone. 
I discovered the next day that the person in the bunk below actually had the extension lead which I guess I was supposed to use... staff really should ensure that guests are made aware of this extension lead because a lot of people like to lay in bed charging their phones. 

For me, the purpose of this trip was to explore Budapest and meet new people. I did meet new people however it lacked the friendly atmosphere I was hoping for.
Some hostels strange activities or ‘family dinners’ for their guests as a great way to meet people, this hostel did not do this and so I didn’t not make friends here.
I did however make friends at a different hostel and stayed there for my final night (beds were much comfier). 

Overall this is a good hostel. It is exceptionally clean and has a nice look to it.
For me it just lacked the atmosphere and social aspect that I was looking for. 


First solo advebture

The staff was very friendly and the facilities were very ok.2 bathrooms very large and very clean.The kitchen was large and equipped.It is easy to find and very central.
Per total a very ok experience at a small price.

But i have some negative remarks also:
- the bed wasn't very cozy
- it was rather cold.didn't have warm blankets
- you couldn't  smoke on the balcony,u must go outside the hostel in the street
- the room was near the bathroom

Friendly staff,central,great

Hostels in the UK tend to have a certain stigma to them, so I was wary of using one out in Budapest. That being said I was quickly converted when we got to the Hostel. The street-level door may seem a bit grotty (Not the fault of the hostel), but once you get up to the hostel itself, all that changes. 

The staff made us feel truly welcome. They were amazing when we checked in, Amazing when we wanted to book tickets for the Baths, and Amazing when we couldn't get the oven to work. 

We were in the classic wing which is in a separate area from the main reception. It had a fully functioning kitchen, and two fully kitted out bathrooms. We were aware of the whole "Taking your shoes off" before we got there so it wasn't a surprise and in fact made the whole place feel that bit more homely. it also meant you didn't have to worry about walking mud in etc. 

The hostel is placed right on a central road which has a tram stop literally right outside. This is ideal for getting around the city but does also make for a rather large amount of road and city noise, but it wasn't unbearable (The local emergency services seem to ALWAYS use their sirens). 

I can honestly recommend this place to anyone looking for a cheap and friendly place to stay. As a pair of students, we're very much used to sharing bathrooms etc so the shared facilities were no issue to us, but for some, it may pose a problem. 

I guess my only quarrel is that some of the other guests potentially could cause a bit of noise. We had a few instances where people were cooking in the kitchen late at night (Even with signs saying not to due to the noise you make, that being said they were in English and not everyone may understand them). However, the hostel did have a whatsapp number so I'm sure if it was a major issue, someone would of come and dealt with it.

Friendly Staff, Great Facilities, Very Central

I stayed in 8 beds dormitory room but the room is very spacious and cozy. This hostel is a part of apartment so I could feel like staying at home. People are also very nice and I could get many information of tourist spots. It’s located in the center so I could walk to Basilica or Heros square. Price is also very reasonable. I really enjoyed staying there.

Our room was clean and so were the showers. The only issue was having to walk across the lounge area to go to the toilet, it wasn’t ideal. Could easily walk to places from the hostel. Would stay here again.
