We stayed at Apartamentos Los Nazarenos for 5 weeks when we took Spanish classes. It was quiet and secure, but still within 1/2 mile walk of groceries, historic sites and main park. The staff is an excellent team, willing to help with all that we needed to arrange tours and transportation. We also enjoyed the other guests whom we were able to get to know because of the beautiful common areas.  The apartments and facilities are maintained with attentive care. We highly recommend Los Nazarenos to others.

Friendly and cozy home base in Antigua

I had a fantastic time there. The apartments and the grounds are beautiful, Tom and Margeory super responsive and friendly and street is quiet and safe. Jacuzzi, pool and sun loungers on the roof are a perfect additions. Would 100% come again

A perfect Oasis in Antigua

Apartamentos los Nazarenos was an incredible place to stay in Antigua. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and felt safe and comfortable. The apartment was immaculate in condition and cleanliness. The staff was incredible and very helpful with whatever we needed. We will definitely be back and recommend this gem to anyone visiting Antigua!

This is the most serene, relaxed, calm, and cozy place to stay. I loved the three weeks that I spent here. It has all the necessities to keep your stay comfortable and the people working at the apartment are so wonderful. I would high recommend it. 
Its also close to the Antiguena spanish school which makes it easy to walk to and from. 

Relaxing and Serene

Apartamentos Los Nazarenos might be the loveliest place my husband and I have ever stayed in. After only 1 day in our apartment my husband asked if I could get a teaching job in Antigua so that we could live in one of the apartments full time! The apartments are roomy, extremely clean and provide every possible amenity one could wish to have. If Antigua wasn't such a beguiling city we might have spent our entire two weeks holed up in the apartment complex! There is a small but adequate gym, a huge beautiful pool and an equally huge jacuzzi. A sauna room is in the works. The view from the rooftop terrace is lovely and a wonderful place to while away a morning or an evening. The complex is made even more heavenly by the superb employees who ensure that our every need and comfort was attended to. A special shout out goes to Margeory and Johnny. Both should be cloned, immediately. Stay at Apartamentos Los Nazarenos, just don't tell too many people. We want there to be availability next time we come to Antigua!

Home away from home...only better! 

I was blown away when I walked in and saw the courtyard, pool and jacuzzi. Absolutely beautiful and such a peaceful place to study Spanish while I attended a school less than a minute walk away. Margeory was incredibly responsive and staff keeps the place in amazing  shape. Will be staying here every time I come to Guatemala and the value is as good as you will ever get!

Incredible value

This place is the best I have EVER stayed in.  The staff is the BEST. They took INCREDIBLE care of us the entire stay. The host was amazing and our apartment, beautiful and clean. If you are in Antigua, this is the ONLY place to stay.  It was a quiet and calm relaxing paradise with great views and amenities!  (Also within walking distance of everything.)  

AMAZING staff, host, furnishings, service…the BEST!

This place was referred by "Spanish Antiguena Academy", a school for learning Spanish, which the four in our family attended for two weeks.  What initially attracted us to this hotel was that the school's beautiful outdoor learning venue was ONLY 1 block from Apartmentos Los Nazarenos. But we quickly discovered that this place was a gem in every way! Firstly, Margeory is a wonderful manager! So kind, helpful and always available in person or by text or email.  The entire maintenance & cleaning staff is extremely kind & helpful.  Our two-bedroom apartment was wonderful!  Beautiful, central grassy garden and floral landscape. Beautifully designed swimming pool and hot tub. Very clean and well-maintained.  Outdoor grilling area. Very adequate work-out room with a stair-stepper and weights. Incredible roof-top view of the volcanos and mountains surrounding Antigua. Reasonably priced in-house laundry service.  Located on the edge of Antigua but very easy to walk to all areas and Uber is readily available as well. Private garage to park our vehicle.  Code required to enter the walled-in facility, so we felt extremely safe.  While we were there apartments were occupied by either families or single professionals that worked remotely and decided to travel the world. Overall, this place was perfect for our family!

My 2nd time here my wife's 4th time here. Great place. Clean and central located.
Staff is spot on. They are very easy to talk to and are more than helpful. This is how a hotel should be ran. Quite   ( a few barking dogs, in the neighborhood but they are everywhere in town.  New construction work is  ongoing but not a bother to us. 
I could go on and on but I said it. Great place to stay.

Highly recommend this place!

Stayed for 3 weeks for studying Spanish and weekend excursions to go birding. Excellent value. Well appointed premises, rooms, bathrooms, pool, Jacuzzi, terrace. 
Thoughtful owner and manager, excellent room services.
