The rooms were modern and cleaned regularly. The area is quiet and secluded, with beautiful gardens (especially in the night time). The host, Nico, was always willing to help and advise us where to spend our nights/days. I would definitely recommend!

Beautiful place to stay!

Nice hotel I recommend and will visit again The two room apartment was comfortable with a big we/bathroom Nik was helpful to introduce me to main sites to visit The garden is a peaceful place to drink a coffee and have breakfast

Relaxed short holiday

I stayed for 4 nights over the Easter break for a solo trip, Nikos was very friendly and made sure he went out of his way to make my stay as good as possible.

The apartments are a good size and the main town is only 15 mins walk.

Great place to stay, very attentive and helpful host!

I spent a lovely two weeks at Filoxenia in Kaliteros. The apartments are well equipped, modern, and clean. I found the bed so comfortable I am sourcing the same mattress! I experienced the medicane tropical storm while there and felt safe and secure in my apartment. Brilliant shower and the best wi-fi I have experienced on the island. The gardens are a dream with lots of seating areas and pretty cats, one of whom decided he lived with me for the duration of my holiday.
The owners were very nice and indulged me with my poor Greek. I did walk into town once or twice but had a hired car which was handy. Supermarket and fruit market close by.

Beautiful spot

Very nice appartment. It is very clean and has a beautiful garden. Good size and a nice balcony with a lovely view to the garden. Going to the city centre takes you a 20 minute walk or 5 minutes by car. So its not far away from the centre and at the same time its not so nosy as other central located appartments might be.

Nice appartment

As usual, a fantastic holiday at Filoxenia Beach Apartments. I have been a regular at these apartments for many years and once more I was sorry to leave. The perfect location of the apartments and hospitality of everyone at Filoxenia ensures your stay will be memorable. I would recommend both the food and drink sold in the bar at Filoxenia, excellent quality, reasonably priced. The staff are warm and friendly, nothing is too much bother for them. If you enjoy relaxing by the sea, you won't be disappointed with this accommodation, I would strongly recommend it. 

Fantastic Holiday

I stayed at Filoxenia Studios & Apartments with my family-young children-and my experience was really good. The rooms are clean, spacious and modern. The mattresses are comfortable that makes sleeping after a long beach day a bliss. What I liked the most though was their garden and outside seating area. Filoxenia has a number of sheltered spots where you can sit, relax or even have a BBQ with friends and family. The hotel has a large parking lot so do not worry about the parking. I recommend.

Good Value - I recommend

The apartment was quite big and the kitchen area had anything for simple meals. The bathroom was adequate and air-condition was silent and well working. From the balcony there was a nice view of the gardens and small hills behind. The host couple was very friendly and service minded.

Comfortable apartment in quiet surroundings

We are heading out in September 2017 and staying at the filoxenia apartments I am asking is there any nighttime entertainment also the rooms do they have a tell in them cos I've heard a few rumours they haven't is it possible anyone that's been here let me know anything we need to be aware of many thanks 

We stayed in this hotel for 7 nights in august 18-25. I would like to start by saying that on our arrival we parked  the car and one of the owner was there in the car park did not  say hello or anything like where we need to go prior to our check in ,  we managed to find reception  wich is in the back garden under some steps  ,there was the lady owner and her son Nikos ....i want to say the lady owner did not say hello and is a very rude person and very arogant , her son took us to the apartment from the very first minute we walked in the lady owner start shouting in her language to my little cousin wich is 10 yo because of a bed side table he moved ...... she was angry had a very angry face because she had to prepare an extra bed for my little cousin , all that time she was inside doing the bed was angry.....in one word expensive and not as in description we had  2 bed apartment but it is not an apartment is like hotel rooms in the description-and the  pictures they put on website was with lounge area and proper kitchen wey to far from what we had anyway the property has barbecue wich you can use but no coal no wood no fire starter no wood ax in one word you have to find and bring your own , we managed to do it some how but all that time we where making the barbecue lady owner and some other old woman has looking at us with angry faces speaking in their own language in my opinion very rude all the period we stayed they no one didn’t say hello or to ask if we need something every time we came back they where blanking us like we where invisible
Not worth the money !!!
Possitive things 
Cleaning everday , towels replace and bedsheets change
