The hotel is located very centrally in Fira town: it’s right in the middle of the shopping, restaurant and pub area. Therefore, there is always a tiny bit of street noise (only pedestrians talking or a bit of party people fun, no car traffic!).
The room was very spacious, furniture & facilties (wifi, fridge, hairdryer, aircon, tv) were all well-maintained and spotlessly clean. A bonus was the balcony with chairs and a table and a view over the hotel’s restaurant and neighbourhood plus a view to the distant mountain.
Checkin was fast and easy.
What needs a bit of renovation is the entrance area which is partly reception, and partly tour agency and exchange office: it looks a bit untidy and unwelcoming. 
The shower was the hottest and biggest I had in my 3 weeks of travels .

Very central, good value, can be a bit noisy

We had just a short stop-over in Fira and booked this hotel for one night. The room was nice and clean, the staff very friendly and the restaurant downstairs served tasty typical Greek food. Moreover, everything in Fira is in comfortable walking distance. Well deserved five stars!

Centrally located and perfect

The hotel is located very close to the center. Right behind the cable car. It was old fashioned but very clean. The room size is acceptable.On the other hand , the parking area is not close and it is quite difficult to transfer your luggage. Inside hotel there was not an elevator although there were rooms in upper floor. The pressure of the water in the bathroom was low and this cause some difficulties during the bath. Hardly say it is value for money

Stay for 2 nights

In this hotel only the location is very good .its in downtown of fira santorini . Other all things not very good . The toilet room is very small . And there is no elactric lift for going up . The receptionist man is nice and friendly 

An average 

When I travel to Greece, all I care about is a clean bed, and clean shower - as I know I will be spending the entire day outside, and swimming in the ocean.

The owner was very friendly. The room was did the trick: clean, fresh towel each day, fridge, AC, and a quiet part of town.

I will be back!

Clean, client and relaxed 

The hotel has quite a good location close to the cable car but it's quite far from bus/taxi station and it's a tough walk if you have heavy luggage. Hotel is clean but otherwise...
Rooms in need of renovation. Not that comfortable beds. Messy lobby. Employees friendly.

Clean but not much more

Amazing value in the heart of Fira.  Certainly not luxury but clean and comfortable and my room had a lovely small balcony with excellent views.  Wifi was excellent.  Staff were friendly and helpful and you even got discounted food at the attached taverna.  Easy walking distance to the bus station and only metres from the caldera and amazing sunset view.  An absolute gem.
