We have just returned  from a 4 week stay, what a fantastic  time  we have  had. The location on Panormas  beach is amazing,  with amazing  sunsets. Our host Eleni was friendly,  hard working and went beyond to make our stay the very best. We celebrated  our  40th wedding anniversary  whilst there ,Eleni had spoken  with our daughter and  arranged  flowers and a beautiful  hamper of local food in our apartment, she works so hard yet made time to do  this  for  us, we was very touched. The apartments are very clean with beds changed regularly and towels. There is a good bus service around  the  island. I would  recommend  these  apartments and  we can  not  wait  to come back.  Thank you  Eleni  and family  we feel  we have come  home making great  memories and  friends with you .

Beautiful accommodation , perfect location, clean conformable peaceful.  Beach like from heaven, view and sounds just divine. Apartment  is large and comfortable, with lovely front yard sited on the very end of big and beautiful beach, total privacy with direct access to the sea. Just love it. Bring your own repellent, mosquitoes are annoying. AC,TV, WiFi are all there, fully functional, but you won’t need it… place is just fantastic way to escape the world we live at. Hosts are lovely people, hard working all the time so place looks spotless. Book your vacation here, you won’t regret it!

Absolutely loved this spot!  We stayed in early June- a studio apartment at the end and it was just perfect for us.   Beach just there on our doorstep, alright it is pebbly and not the easiest for getting in and out of the sea but well worth the struggle!   Regina looked after us really well, came every day and emptied bins and tidied around, changed towels twice in the week and sheets once.   We were the only guests there so was like our own private villa.   Everything there we could have needed from iron and hair dryer to pots, pans, crockery, etc etc and also Fairy liquid and a new vileda.   Couldn't fault it.   Bus to Skopelos and other direction to Glossa a couple of times a day, a little supermarket that sold everything, and some lovely beach bars/tavernas where we ate (and drank) very inexpensively every day.   Blo bar is literally beside the apartments, never been so close to good food, wine and the lovely couple who own and run it.

This small group of studios are within their own courtyard, originally an olive oil factory dating back some 200 years, the studios have been kindly converted although basic the individual terraces are shaded by old trees....beautiful!  Our only criticism were the hard mattresses, have seen in revues we were not the first to mention it. You walk off the terrace across the tree shaded court yard and you are on the beach, a lovely bay with a lagoon on the left where passing yatchs moor over night, the beach is public but our end has different colour chairs and beds is not invaded by others sharing the beach, all in all we thoroughly enjoyed it and recommend it. 5-star location, right by the beautiful pebble beach.... the sunsets are serene and spectacular.
The apartments themselves are, however, rather average, hence my overall rating (it would be 5 for location, 2.5 - 3 for the accommodation itself). Acceptable for a holiday spent outside, but not of a high standard. First thing we did when we got there was give the place a thorough cleaning and airing, and invested in mozzie repellant.
However, don't let that put you off.
To be able to stroll out of the door, across the (communal) courtyard and straight onto that beach .... well worth it.
Adjacent tavernas are ok, nothing special but perfectly adequate.
The 'supermarket' is , compared to prices in Skopelos Town, very expensive, so if you have the chance to pick up some stuff there, do so

The setting was perfect; a veranda onto a beautiful courtyard which then goes onto the beach. Unfortunately the air con was placed over the front door (furthest away from the bedroom) and as a result was insufficient enough for the room, I was up every night at 3am because the room temperature was at 25 degrees. We spoke to someone at the apartment they had a look but nothing happened. Outside the apartment was a veranda which would have been great to sit outside but the light didn't work and the trees over hung the space.. this also brought lots of mosquitos and wasps. 

It is in a great location, not far from Skopelos Town and transport is great to get around! The beach is probably one of the nicest on the island. 

Perfect setting however...

We were in number three which was the apartment . Didn't have anywhere to put stuff in the bathroom /toilet, the shower curtain was on the same pole for several years and kept falling off as I was trying to shower which didn't help my disability.

 Internet was good. Had a bottle of wine and a bottle of water for us to use. Up the road was the supermarket selling very basic stuff. Best to go to the large supermarket on the island. Isn't cheap here at all. Quite expensive actually.

In order to get to these apartments if you have a car is horrendous. It is a very sharp turn off the road. The slope holds one car only and hasn't got any Tarmac on it. You then have to compete for space for your car on this extremely narrow turning with others who have come to use the boats which can be rented from a small living quarters shared by that is in the small courtyard.  While we were there, one of these customers for the boats scratched down the side of two cars and vanished without leaving a note to either of the scratched rental cars! Luckily my other half remembered details of the boat user and the mystery was solved.

We came to skopelos fifteen years ago, but now quite crowded and commercialised which I was sad about. People were lovely though.
