Omg… this place is everything we wanted and a lot more. 
We wanted real Greece and we got it. Our room was spotless, fantastic air con and the shower was fab, hot and powerful. 
It is very basic with twin beds, dressing table, a small dressing area, a tiny bathroom with a shower attached to the wall. 
And a fridge. 
We are fed up of high end resorts with no character. 
A table and chairs just outside. The gardens and grounds are immaculate. 
Momma Cola and her family are lovely and provided us with a kettle, crockery,  cutlery  and a warm welcome everytime we saw her. 
The location is perfect a bakery and supermarket less than 10 mins walk. We had breakfast everyday at the bakery. 
A scooter and quad bike hire across the road and the beach a 15 min walk. 
Bus stop across the road too. 
We will return and highly recommend. If you want posh and boring keep away if you want character and authenticity stay here. 

Real Greece … authentic and perfect

This is the third year I was staying at this wonderful place in Perissa, and I keep returning every year, this time I stayed for over 2 weeks. I would not want to go anywhere else. Kyria Koula, Kyrios Aggelos, Katerina and little Aggelos always make sure that my vacation is as enjoyable as possible, they are wonderful hosts! They are really lovely and helpful, whatever you need, you can ask them, suggestions about what to do where to go on the island, airport transfers, restaurant recommendations, Kyria Koula even gave me a hat that was badly needed on the extremely hot days. But if you just want to have a nice coffee and a lovely chat, they are always around. No wonder they have so many returning customers. The houses are about 5 minute walk from the beach so they are at an excellent location, and the main road, bus stop, shops and bakery are just a few minutes walk away. Yet the place is so quiet and relaxing, I really love it! The houses are nice and clean, and you can have your privacy whether you travel solo or as a couple. Wifi also works perfectly both inside the rooms and outside. I absolutely feel like I am at home whenever I come here. Thank you so very much again for your kindness and for your hospitality! I can't wait to be back!

Yet Another Wonderful Stay at Agios Antonios

If you are looking for luxury and overpaid hotels this one is not for you. What I really appreciate in this hotel is family mood. Everyone behave you like you are member of the family. Everyone help each other like brothers and sisters. Near is best bakery in all Santorini. So you pay less money, make new friends, and the beach is around the corner. Perfect hotel for normal and hardworking people.

Family hotel

Stayed here for 2 weeks, lovely basic studio with lovely garden view. Amazing friendly hosts. Owner gave me a leaving present a mug with Santorini on it and local honey. 5 minute walk to beach and 2 minutes to supermarket,bakery and bus stop.

Lovely

The hotel is great! The couple that run it are the nicest people you can find. 
The location is very good, close to the black sand beach. It is easy to take the bus and go to other parts of the island. The room is clean, spacious and quiet.

A nice, quiet hotel

We've just got back from a weeks stay in Perissa, Santorini, Greece. 
We stayed in a triple room ( double bed and a single bed) at Agios Antonios.
The room was basic, but had all that you needed. The floor was tiled and lovely and cool. We had a TV, but it didn't seem to work, we didn't ask the owners about it as we weren't that bothered about TV on holiday. We had our own toilet, sink and shower.
We also had a fridge in the room and air conditioning which was good.

The owners were very helpful and friendly.
The room was quite near to the beach, and just round the corner was a supermarket and a 24 hr bakers, which was fantastic!
The room was central to catch buses to other parts of the island.
We would def return here again.

Lovely!

The room was of a good size, with air-conditioning (totally necessary) and private bathroom. It's located in a very quiet place and run by a very nice greek woman. The place has a supermarket and a bakery (24h open) just 2 min walking distance. If you're planning to rent a car this place is perfect as it's next to a main road and has free parking. If you're planning to move around by bus it may be a bit inconvenient as you'll have to go to Fira first to get to other places, but there's is a bus stop also next to the place where you can get off before arriving to Perissa. It's also 5 min walking distance from the beach and beach restaurants. The only thing we didn't like is that there were always a few bugs flying around, some spiders and we had to kill a huge cockroach in the room.

Local quiet place

Had a very good stay here. Used the room as a base camp for getting around Santorini. Room itself is basic and clean. Had a heck of a time trying to find the place. Thankfully our hosts were extremely helpful and picked us up. We had a few very enjoyable interactions with our hostess who made a point to make sure we felt welcome. 

Beach is very close; so is the best bakery in town. I'd recommend for budget travellers.

Enjoyable stay with friendly hosts

To be fair to the owners they were very friendly, and gave some advice on travel around the island. However, the room is very basic. I think it may have been a stable in a past life! It is also quite difficult to find, as the map on booking.com is not accurate.
