Only a handful of rooms, so a small but fresh and modern hotel with a wonderful host Maria. Big rooms with aircondition and fridge. Located right next to the boardwalk/ beach and the bus stop. Excellent location and bid value for money.

Great hotel

We have just returned from a wonderful relaxing holiday. Maria couldn't do enough for us. She provided us with lots of info on the islsnd, where to go and how to get there. Each day she left us cakes or biscuits and even sandwiches along with fruit juice and water in our room. Our room was spacious, modern and very very clean.  Fresh towels each day and Maria even supplied us with beach towels. We would have no hesitation in recommending Sea & Sun Villa and look forward to returning soon.

A wonderful holiday

I can only echo what the other reviews have already said. The room we had was very spacious and nicely decorated. The hotel is very close to the beach. and Maria couldn't be more helpful. A small note for first time visitors, the entrance is easy to miss as it's set back between a car hire place and a gift shop.

Great location and rooms

Sea & Sun Villa is spotlessly clean and well organized, situated in a walking distance from the beach and from great restaurants and shops. Maria, the manager, was always available during our statins willing to help with every detail of our time in Santorini. This was definitely the choice of best cost-benefit of the region! 


Great place and thoughtful hostess


The hotel is small, but new. Very clean. Right in the center of Kamari, 50 meters away from Kamari beach. You will find everything around the structure: 2 big public partings, supermarkets, restaurants, bakeries, etc. Our room (twin) was exactly like you see it in the pictures. Maria is really the perfect host! She was super nice from the beginning. When we checked-in she gave us a lot of interesting and useful informations about the island and she suggested a handful of places to watch the sunset: some touristic, other off the beaten tracks. The service offered by the hotel is excellent: in your room you will find water, juice and the necessary to make tea or coffee. Maria was so nice that she gave us biscuits, muffins and sandwiches too. Since our room had no balcony, she gave us clean towels for the beach every day. Also, they changed the towels in the room daily. Before leaving we needed to print our boarding passes for our flight home and Maria printed them for us! Thumbs up for the delicious Vinsanto she offered us! We found a bottle in our room one night. It's typical from Santorini and it was homemade. Maria and her family made it! What else? It was really a pleasure to stay at Sea and Sun. At first we were skeptical because of the lack of reviews, but the hotel is really new. If I'll go back to Santorini, I will definitely stay there again.

There was literally nothing we didn't like. The only thing I can think of is that the first day they had a problem with the shower glass, but when we arrived Maria told us about it and they had already fixed it. So I cannot really say it was a problem for us, since the shower was perfect when we used it.
