We have stayed here on many occasions, the rooms are family run, clean and well appointed, in fact every time we visit the room has been freshly decorated or updated. Rooms are cleaned every day and linen changed regularly. they are situated 100 mtrs from the beach, and a couple of great taverna's and 2 cafe/bars, (of which one, the panorama resto & the panorama cafe are owned by the property owners), down a hill, hence You get a great view from the rooms balcony overlooking the bay of Askeli. Other taverna's are close by and the main town/port is only about 2km away for even more choice. There is a local bus service that runs hourly but only in peak season, and a Taxi will cost you around €4  to the Town/port. If you need anything, nothing is too much trouble for the family and they will welcome you and make your stay as good as possible.....

Great Studios

We stayed here for a week. The studio had a balcony with a lovely view. It was cleaned daily and the linen and towels were changed about 3 times during the week. The studio had air conditioning and a kitchen area with hot plate and fridge. The bathroom was well designed and clean. 
The restaurant below the studios is owned by the same family and is a great place to eat. There is also a discount for residents of the studios. 
Sunbeds on the beach are free to use and the service from the restaurant is fabulous. 
We will be back in 2017!


Great studios in a great location!

I was pleasantly surprised that everything in the room was practically brand new and in excellent condition. From the tile in the bathroom, to the flooring, to the countertops, the desk and side tables, etc. All modern furniture and tasteful soft colors.  The bath towels were large and soft and smelled like clean laundry should! Air conditioning worked wonderfully as well. The kitchenette came fully stocked with a fridge, stovetop, pots and pans etc. There was housekeeping daily which is rare for self accommodating apartments. The property is owned by a lively young woman named Maria who is always smiling and happy to accommodate you. The view of the sea from my balcony was breathtaking. There is a supermarket about an 8 min walk down the street so that was very convenient.  The beach is a 2 min walk down a hill and coincidentally her brother Pantelis owns a restaurant called Panorama which I ate lunch and dinner at everyday. If you mention you are staying at Theodora you receive a 10% discount on everything, even iced cappuccino! He also owns the beach chairs directly in front of the beach so it was very convenient. All in all I would recommend this hotel, great value for the money, especially considering how close to the beach it is!

Great Clean Small Studio Apts 2 min from the beach

Perfectly located on Askeli beach, just 3 min walk down the hill. Room spacious with spectacular view, new windows and design, kitchen and clean shower.

Amazing location and value of money

We have stayed in Theodora rooms in July this year and we had a very nice staying. Very good comfort-money report. Clean rooms, a/c was working properly but we didn't need it so much because the rooms were ok by night. We ate at the owner's taverna, (Panorama) every morning and the food was tasty, the prices reasonable.
