The host was easily available by phone, however wasn’t there to check us in/out (there’s no reception). Also no maps etc if you need touristy stuff. 

We were advised last minute (day of arrival) via email that even though we booked a bunk room we were still required to pay an extra person fee. The policy does state that an ‘extra bed’ costs however bookings.com didn’t have an option to select 2 people for that room so it was confusing that we had to pay extra since no extra beds were brought in. Read and interpret the fine print carefully. 

The location is super central but extremely difficult to find. Took us about 10-15 minutes each day to find our way in and out of the hotel. It’s a hole in the wall so locals don’t know it and instructions weren’t sent to us regarding how to find it. Definitely come with a GPS but be prepared to still get lost as the streets are too narrow for Google to pinpoint the location. 

Close to the Fabrika bus station (assuming you can find your way through the maze). The Remezzo taxi stand is MUCH easier to find if you’re getting picked up/dropped off. 

Room wasn’t noisy at all; neither from the outside, nor inside. Felt like there was no one else in the building. 

Room was (unexpectedly) cleaned daily, which was nice. Only hand soap is provided. There’s a kettle but no mugs. (Empty) mini fridge is in the cupboard, which doesn’t leave a lot of room for luggage if you have any. There’s also a tiny tv, and a safe. Wifi is kinda spotty but survivable if you’re patient. 

Beds were as comfortable as bunk beds can be. AC worked, although we didn’t really use it. 

The bathroom is fairly small which makes certain manoeuvres somewhat difficult, otherwise everything worked fine (hot water and pressure). If you are very large, you might have some difficulties with the facilities. 

I think all (or most) of the rooms are located on the second floor of some very steep steps so this may not be suitable for everyone. 

Overall, if you’re looking for somewhere to put your head down for a night or two, this place is fine, just make sure you have good internet and an internal compass so that you can find everything easily (I’m good with maps but would feel lost every time I stepped outside the front door).

Good enough and very central

I stayed in those rooms the summer of 2017. I was very satisfied from the acomondation of the rooms, the location, and the host, who help us a lot about the places, where we can eat, have a drink and go to the beach! If I go again i will stay again there!

Very good place!

this place is about location. You cannot describe Little Venice, this is beautiful, full of life and beautiful (again). A room there and you feel part of the old Mykonos town  life.
Yes there are rooms in the hotel, and bathroom for the rooms. The price is not cheap for the Cyclades but inexpensive for Mykonos and especially inexpensive for this quarter of the city.
Disclamers:
the rooms are small, ours was one doubleish bed, one cupboard and room to go around the bed. And a bathroom. Another one was bigger by 1 m2... So you accept to have the room to have a sleep and a shower and go somewhere else for any other activities.The shower pressure was weak. We had seaview if standing on a chair.
Staff is very kind and quite nonexistent, you just get the key and leave it at your door. I think the landlord can be found downstairs most of the time. 
To find it you simply has to ask for instructions, otherwise it's quite hard. Google maps won't help you a lot, the streets are not strictly following the map...
Grab a breakfast in the local streets, that is quite kind. 
I can recommend it and I enjoyed my stay anyway.

Dont reservation before go there. Because we had a visa problem in AirPort and  pay for reservation 540 eur. We had to cancel our reservation and they didnt pay back our money at leasf apart and never help us. So I never advice here.

Well the property is located in a very good location in downtown Mykonos. The rooms are close to both, the northern and southern bus stations , which take you all over the island. Also, the rooms are located very close to the clubs and bars! Highly recommended 

Very good location! 

We were lucky to get with a short notice a tiny room, which although was without a view and had a small window, but with all the basic things, including a fridge, air conditioner and quite a comfortable bed. They have all the necessary toiletries in the bathroom and regularly change towels etc. The best thing about this hotel is a nice location, close to the seafront and a grocery store. That is why we understand rather high rates per night. 
Wi-Fi works fast and they also have a TV set, which we did not turn on.
What they, however, should  definitely improve is the soundproof of the doors, because we could hear everything going on in the neighbouring rooms.

Another hotel for a short stay

The TA location of this hotel (as also noted by many reviewers before) is wrong. The hotel is situated in the old port of Mykonos.

The hotel enjoys a perfect location in the old port of Mykonos. It's rather hidden and you have to follow the owner's rules to get there. In the old port (coming from OTE/Remezzo) turn left when you reach the church with a large red dome. Then pass a narrow alley and turn right. After a few meters you will find a small bridge between two buildings with the name Apollo.The hotel's entry is on the left.

I only spent three days there. I booked a single room with a bunk bed simply because it was the only reasonably priced accommodation in Mykonos in August.

The room is extremely small, but, it is very clean and it has all the amenities that you expect from a decent accommodation: a full sized bathroom with a decent shower, a LCD TV, a fridge and free wi-fi.

The owner is very friendly. He took me to back the airport for free.

A reasonably priced tiny room in the heart of the town

This is a quaint little apartment hotel, it only got a few rooms, but is very near everything in the town.
The rooms themselves are small, but clean and got everything in it you expect from this kind of establishment.

Also the owner is friendly and helpful.

Family owned also I belive.
