This hotel is perfect for a family quiet holiday in September. The staff is kind and helpful. We spent a wonderful 10 days at home. During the storm, we had a great time in the hotel's pool or in the jacuzzi overlooking the beautiful mountains. I would like to visit this nice place again.

Travel to Greece. Malia is a small paradise.

I just cant have enough words to thank the group guys that work in the hotel for the more than perfect service especially rony ans pari  they were just awesome nothing we asked for was late and they always treated us in a perfect everyday cleaning on the time the perfect thing in this hotel was thier service like is said rony and pari for the first time in my life i was happy like this from the service in a hotel and sad like this because i am leaving them dionyssos hotel is a hotel i realy reccomend for any one want a great time to spend and a good service to get and awesome.friends to have here in crete

Trip to malia in the best hotel

Nice visit at the hotel. We were well accommodated. The staff is excellent. I would like to thank Panos, Spinos and the service for their luxury time and smile..... I recommand... As I used to say - > efraristo to to 😀

Opinion about the hotel

Just wanted to say a big thankyou to the staff at the hotel, my son had to attend hospital and the hotel staff looked after him by checking in on him and got his X-rays from hospital so he was able to come home early, your help is very much appreciated

Would highly recommend staying. The staff are very lovely, the food is really nice and it’s located literally on the strip of malia. For the younger generation this would be perfect. P.s parry is the best

Best hotel in malia so far...

This is a great hotel in a great location. 
Its located on the strip in malia. Everything from shops, restaurants, pubs and clubs is on the doorstep. Turn right out of hotel and the beach is a few minutes walk away. Turn left malia old town is a 5 min walk away with its restaurants and charming little streets and churches.
The room was very good. Everything was brand new. All fixtures and fittings have been refurbed. The patio doors are double glazed so you wont hear any noise from the strip what so ever! The air con is free and is great. Cools the room in minutes! 
Bed were very comfortable. Bedding was changed after 3 or 4 days. Towels  new and fluffy changed every other day. 
Room had a safe which was free. Wifi was free around the pool and in reception. 
Breakfast was also really nice and had a good selection of local produce.
Pool was cleaned daily and had a very relaxed atmosphere. There is also a roof terrace that had hotubs, sun loungers and a seating area.
The best thing about the hotel without a doubt is the staff. They go out of their way to make you feel at home and nothing is too much trouble for them. 
I have never met such a lovely bunch of people, from the manager christina to panos (aka jimmy!)on reception and all the other staff that make this place great!

Fantastic hotel

Recently stayed at Dionisos for a 7 night stay with my friend. 
The rooms were very clean, spacious and exceeded our expectations. 
We had a great time in Malia and will be sure to stay here again in the future. 

Also, the staff - in-particular Spiros and Pari made our stay very pleasing and would reccomend a bonus / promotion for them both.

Outstanding Hospitality & Accomodation

Highly recommend this hotel for staying in Malia!  It Includes a great location (2 minutes from a beautiful beach, one minute walk from the most famous clubs, and 5 minutes from  an old  (antique) part of Malia). This hotel has a swimming pool, where every tourist can enter, drink a cocktail and relax during a hot day. 
I really like the room locations  - all the windows overlook to the courtyards, and you hardly can hear any noise from the street! 
But the best part is the most hospitable staff.  Hardly anywhere you can meet such polite and welcoming people.
Many thanks to the chefs who make every day many new dishes of Greek cuisine! The best moussaka ever!

Great location and architecturally excellent!!
The staff makes you feel at home from the beginning. They are all so kind and helpful. We spent two weeks there in October, swimming every day at the beach which is just a couple of minutes away, and after more swimming in the hotel’s awesome pool. 
Keep up the great work!!

WHAT A LOVELY HOTEL!!

Fantastic is how I’d describe my stay at Dionisos Hotel. The staff are wonderful and so friendly. The food’s terrific and varied daily. The room was immaculate and cleaned daily, sheets changed every other day. Both receptionists were great and nothing was a problem. I’ve already booked for next year, looking forward to coming back.
