Sunrise Apartments

I seldom leave reviews but the Sunrise Apartments deserve the highest praise. Everyone, from the managers, cleaners and maintenance staff are all cheerful and happy to help make the holiday a pleasant experience. We had the "penthouse" apartment No 105 and following check -in, our cases were taken up to the apartment which we found to be spacious and clean. The bedroom is dual aspect with a window giving great views towards the sea and patio doors looking to the east and giving access to a large terrace equipped with a table and four chairs as well as two sun loungers and a parasol so no need to rush to put towels out at silly'o'clock! We were B&B and were highly satisfied with the choices available and the fact that on two days when we were leaving early on excursions the full menu was offered with the familiar smile. The only slight negative comment would be in relation to the number of steps on the complex although I managed at 77 with the aid of my walking stick. The location, at the edge of the village is ideal as it is out of the busiest area but only a five minute stroll from the shops,bars and restaurants. This was our third stay at the Sunrise and it seemed that most of the other guests were "regulars" and that speaks volumes. Health and fitness permitting, we will be back.
