Wow, what a welcome form Georgina, the views are epic, as is the pool and  the accommodation, perfect greek eclectic, so close to the local Tavernas, we ate the Aimalia and the Paradise , both excellent, we have booked next year already, heavenly place, thank you Georgia x 

Excellent  all round x

We received a warm welcome from Georgina who took us through all we needed to know about the villa and provided soap, shower gel and shampoo which was all very handy!
Good sized bedrooms rooms with plenty of storage, insect screens and shutters and all with aircon (as is the lounge).
We found the kitchen, dining and seating areas are perfectly adequate, and the outdoor terrace is really good, allowing for sitting in the sun or shade as your heart desires.
The swimming pool area, down from the villa, is of the highest standard, the pool itself is a good size and kept immaculately clean, and there are parasols and comfy sun loungers to enjoy.
It is a steep walk up from the road (for context: 1st gear in the car up and down), and its even quite a steep (but short) walk up from the car parking area, so we’d say not for anyone of limited mobility.
Only 600 metres from the very centre of Agia Efimia, it's very quiet but just
a short walk to the numerous tavernas and bars as well as the local stony beach. 
We found it a good base from which to explore the island and would have no hesitation recommending it.

Great villa with exceptional views in a quiet location but close to all amenities.

The pool area was superb with wonderful views, comfortable sun beds and a good dining area, although a steep walk downhill to that and the car park. Not suitable for anyone with limited ability. Our 3 bedroom apartment was spotlessly clean but sadly lacking in quality of furnishings, decor, plates, glasses and cutlery. Especially as we had come from a luxury villa in the south of the island which was not much more expensive and vastly superior in every way.
Cats are a problem, if you like to eat outside because they pester you and are starving, they do not leave you alone and sleep on all the furniture. Also they are not neutered, so the problem can only get worse. 

Mixed Results

Beautiful villa furnished with all that we needed. Very closed to Tsilivi beach, bar, restaurants and shops. Perfect basis for trips in Zakynthos. Dennis and Alexandra are wonderful host,vefy helpful in all our requests. We will be back there.

Wonderful holiday with family and frisnds

Just returned from an excellent visit to Agia Efimia. Firstly the small village is beautiful and very traditional. The location of the apartments were excellent but does have a steep bank to get up. The views are second to none and the three bedrooms were of an excellent size. The apartments have excellent facilities with a full kitchen, washing machine and iron. The living/dining room is of an excellent size also with a flat screen TV, dvd and satellite if needed.  The best part about these apartments is the owner and two sons. They are excellent people and really made it feel like home. We felt like we were leaving family when we left. Would recommend this for couples and families alike.
