everyone is helpful and the hotel rooms were always clean. The rooms are in a very good condition. the greek breakfast is delicious.The one thing that made me big impression was the pool at the roof of the hotel

Everything was perfect. I was deeply impressed by the cleanliness of the place. They changed our sheets and towels,cleaned our room and bathroom every day. The staff were very nice, they gave us Lokumi when we arrived and let us stay at the reception for 8 hours when we left, because we had some problems with the transport company. The breakfast was delicious and the view very beautiful.

The best of the best

Our stay at Kieron was great. Family of 4, selected big honeymoon suite. Great size and. I’ve views from the balcony. Kids loved the pool although it’s quite deep. Friendly staff and clean rooms. Excellent location.

Great experience

It was a lovely weekend! Our family enjoyed a good breakfast, service was great but the drink by the pool at night was amazing!!!! Also good 24h room service. Ask to book a room on the top floors to better enjoy the view.

Great stay!

everybody is always helpful and the hotel (not only the rooms) were always clean. 
Breakfast is a mix of traditional Greek breakfast and continental / European breakfast.
Due to bad weather the week before the pool on the top was already closed but it looked very relaxing.

tidy and very friendly staff

We stayed here in August during our visit to Karditsa.  They offer free parking which is great because paraking is hard to find and the pool is small but very refreshing.  Great service as well!  Finall, breakfast is included as well.

Great hotel, freindly staff and worth the money

the rooms are comfortable and clean, the staff is polite, efficient and professional. good breakfast, quiet rooms with all the amenities.the hotel has a pool but didnt get to use it because of renovations, on stating some shortcomings of one room on my latest visit the clerk at the reception was attentive and uniquely dissapointed that we didnt mention the problems we had (the hairdryer wasn't working well and the toilet boil wouldnt stop flushing), still we have had great stays at this hotel so it didnt discourage from further visits.

great location, great staff and cleanliness

There are not many hotels in Karditsa as it is not a tourist town. I was there in business and my partners recommended this one for me. Well, the service is very good, people are helpful and nice - the staff is the best option here. Second of all, it is very clean, they tidy up everyday and I cannot say a bad word about that. But there are some disadvantages that could be corrected really quickly, but they remain: fridges don't work, bathrooms are old and used and bathtubs are just so uncomfortable that you just don't want to take a bath nor take a shower. And the breakfasts are just dull and actually there is not much to eat (eggs, cheap ham and cheese, jam). The hotel is ok, but it could be better.

Enough for a few nights, nothing special

AC was still providing only hot air by 27.4 degrees Celsius in the room.
On my request to turn the cold air supply on, I was told that this was not forseen, and I could open the window at night, when is cooler!
We had to leave the hotel.

The rooms were clean and comfortable. The breakfast was rich but from mediocre choise and quality.
