I will be honest from the start , we did not get to stay at this accommodation as it was inaccessible. We were being given a lift to the property, it was poorly signposted and the driver made a wrong turn,  following this the car could not get up the hill to the property. Based on this we had to cancel,  having discussed with a local man we had two choices either walk up the steep hill or climb a steep flight of steps. We called the property and got no reply therefore we cancelled our booking via booking.com. Following this the owner took money off our credit card and refused to refund it. Nowhere on the property description does it say it is inaccessible for people with walking difficulties such as my partner has . We are taking this up with the European Network for Accesible Tourism and E.O.T. I am writing this review so others are aware , taking it up with the owner they said the hill is mentioned in their reviews and would not take any responsibility for not referencing it in the property description.

Nice place to stay 

Beware -- Google maps sends you to the wrong location!  Instead, use a web browser to Google "Fatiras Studios" and then click the "Directions" link -- which works.  But even with the proper directions, driving up the hillside to this place is super steep.

However once you're there (and you park in their nice parking area), the view is spectacular.  The room itself is super clean and perfectly adequate, but not terribly comfortable (shower tiny, pillows uncomfortable, room layout awkward).  

Outside the room is a shared balcony with a table just for your room -- and it's absolutely wonderful to sit there and relax or eat.

The location in Kassiopi was terrific -- you leave your car and just walk down steep concrete steps to the beach, or the amazing Janis restaurant (super close), and walk around the peninsula to the awesome beaches.

We really enjoyed our stay.

Note -- the owners don't speak English, but do speak German.

Hard to find, but amazing view

Amazing views from high up. But this also means it is a quiet a steep walk. But the taxi took us up and the owners gave us a lift back down when we had our luggage.
Good sized, clean and well equipped apartments. Fresh breakfast on request with homegrown figs and homemade marmalade and jam. Friendly family run.

Wonderful views, friendly family

The place is really great! Rooms are good sized with a little kitchen, nicely furbished and with all the appliances and utensils that someone can reasonably ask from an appt/studio accommodation. Let me say only that the fridge is medium sized for a home apt. meaning that's huge for a hotel!
Spotlessly clean !
Fatiras is that kind of place that looks greater that in the pictures(nowadays we unfortunately tend to price more the artificial made images than live experiences).
Someone can say that there are many stairs to climb. But the place can be reached by car for another 200 m trip. There are posted few indications on the main road how to access the property with options of the stairs or the road for cars or the number in order to call the host to pick you up. Is there another option to have a stunning view from above to a large area including beach, village?! I can't imagine other than a more than 10th floor hotel. In that case we are back in the cities from whom just ecaped for a relaxing holiday!(just en exercise, in this area people come for little building ald taller ones are not authorized). 
The owners are extremely kind, talkative and they live on place. So every need that one have can be addressed and receive a proper response faster that can reasonably estimate.

Stunning view above sea&village

Stayed here the first week in September. This is the second year we have stayed at Fatiras. These are super clean apartments with all your basic needs and very handy for the village. Spectacular views. Cristos is so helpful. Kassiopi is a lovely quiet village but with plenty of great restaurants to choose from. Everyone is very friendly. We will be back next year. 

Just the best! 

Our hosts were wonderful  a fantastic  views  the hill !!!  If you can't face the stair Pedro's or his dad will happily run you up or down !! Comfy bed nice clean accommodation  oh did I mention the view !!

We have just returned from Fatiras studios and can only describe our stay as fantastic and excellent value for money. 

Kristos and Anastasia were wonderful hosts and looked after us perfectly.

The studios are basic but had everything we needed.

They are up a rather steep hill but theres nothing wrong with a little exercise. It is possible to call your hosts and they will come in the car and take you back up the hill but we didnt want to do that.

The best thing about the place is the view which is just stunning.

Wonderful 4 night stay

My sister and I stayed at Fatiras Studios for a week at the beginning of Sept. We organised a private transfer via the studios and it worked liked clockwork. Cristos, father to the owner, could not have been more welcoming. We had a two bedroom apartment which was spotlessly clean and serviced every week day. Yes, the walk to and from the town is via an interesting ascent / descent and not for the faint hearted but the views are worth it and Cristos was more than happy to offer a lift if required. It was daily exercise we were more than happy to undertake. Kassiopi is very quaint with lots of nice restaurants and bars. Probably not for young  adults but great if you want to chill out on the beaches and eat good food. Highly recommended.

Outstanding hospitality and views

Thankfully, when our transfer from the airport got to Kassiopi, we already knew exactly where the apartments were due to the wonder of google maps. I say thankfully because the driver of our bus had not a clue and after doing 2 loops of the town pointed to a random bar shouting 'fatiras' and gestured to us to alight. When we pointed to the apartments high up on the nearby hillside he begrudgingly dropped us at the roadside at the bottom of the hill instead.
There are various small signs pointing from here to the apartments and a sign which gives a phone number for the owner to collect you. We decided to make our own way up using the signposted stairs. After all we are relatively young (50s) and fit. Can't be all that bad, eh? Believe me, if you ever find yourself in the same position with a 20kg suitcase make the call.
We have made the climb up the steps numerous times now. Bottom to top is over 250 paces,all up, including 150 stairs. The stairs are all different heights. There is no handrail. No lighting. Lots of crumbling concrete. Random pipework. This accomodation is not for anyone with limited mobility unless you have a car.
Having said all that, the welcome from the owners at the top ( after a sound telling off for not making that call) was bettered only by the view from the shared balcony outside our room. Lovely people. Amazing view. We have had long breakfasts every morning looking out over the town and 2 bays and it's been great.
The accomodation is standard basic greek fare. Clean and relatively comfortable. What you would expect.
Kassiopi itself is beautiful. Laid back with plenty of bars and restaurants to choose from. Probably not for teens wanting to kick their height every night, more couples and family orientated.
So, pro's, lovely owners/people, probably the best view from accomodation ever, lovely town, fab restaurants/bars, laid back atmosphere.
Cons, stairs, stairs, stairs. Oh, and the stairs.
But the pro's far outweigh the cons!!!
