I’ve stayed at Lofos three times now and wouldn’t stay anywhere else in Ios. The hotel is in the perfect location, walking distance to all the restaurants, supermarket, bus stop and all the nightclubs in the village. Nikos is so helpful and will go above and beyond to help you out, all other staff are super lovely. Bathrooms are a bit small, probably not ideal for families. 
AC is cold, wifi works and your room is cleaned daily with fresh towels. 

Perfect location

Loved this hotel so much! So much that we stayed an extra two nights. Perfect little room that is right in the city and right near the bus stop, walking distance to all the restaurants and bars. Niko the owner is so lovely and helpful! Cannot fault this hotel. Would not stay anywhere else if I go back to IOS.

Perfect location and amazing service!

-Very uncomfortable bed and pillow 
-No glasses, shampoo, breakfast and other basic stuff and info (like wi-fi password)
-Bathroom was small and shower made a mess 
-Noisy (NOT recommended for families and peaceful holidays)

Affordaple and decent place to crash

It wasn’t a bad hotel but definitely not what we expected. Arrived in ios and had to wait for 4 hours for our room and we didn’t even know there was no pool. Room was okay and the staff really polite.

Okay

This hotel is all about location, or better, only about location. It is located a few steps from the town of Ios, very close to all the bars, restaurants and nightclubs in Ios, so it is the perfect location if you are looking for parties.
However the hotel is not worth the money: beds are terrible, bathroom is small and the waters floods all the bathroom when you are taking a shower, no curtains, cheap liners... I would pay maximum 10 euros a night for this Hotel, so I felt like being robbed paying 80 euros a night.
Saying that, the hotel is clean, AC works and the location is great.

me and my 4 other friends have stayed at lofos the hill for a week. the location is very good, but the service is terrible. the hotel owner is always grumpy. we dare not ask questions because he gets so angry. he could, for example, yell at us for asking for a new towel. air conditioning is also terribly bad, it does not work at all. I will never go back and do not recommend anyone to go there either. trust me!
