RENTAL TERMS & CONDITIONS

Payment Policy

The payment policy for villa rental is stated above.

The hotel reserves the right to cancel the reservation at any time in case invalid credit card information or data has been provided

The venue fee is applied in case of any event or party and is equal to 2500 Euros (valid for up to 100 guests, taxes included). The venue fee payment is to be settled before the arrival.

The housekeeping fee for after-event cleaning is equal to 300 Euros (taxes included, payable before the arrival or on the spot).

Cancellations & Refund Policy

Cancellations are subject to the cancellation policy stated above.

No refunds for early departures ~ No refunds will be given for delayed arrival ~ No refunds for reducing the number of nights reserved.

The owner cannot guarantee against mechanical failure of heating, air conditioning, TVs, Satellite Receivers, or other appliances. The renter shall report any maintenance issues immediately to the Owner. The owner will make every reasonable effort to have repairs done quickly and efficiently or will replace any equipment that is not working properly. No rate adjustments or refunds will be made due to the failure of appliances or equipment. 

The owner cannot be held responsible and No rate adjustments or refunds will be made for: The failure of any 3rd company due to said company’s error or service interruption (i.e. electricity, water, etc.). Act of neighbors such as Construction, road repair, and maintenance or act of God.

Security Deposit  – A Security/Damage deposit equal to 500 Euros is required to be paid by guests at check-in by cash or credit card. In case of the event, the security deposit is equal to 1000 Euros. This security deposit will be returned within 15 days of the departure date, provided proper check-out procedures are followed, and there is no breakage or damage to the premises.

Acts of God – Neither owner nor renter shall be liable for events beyond their control which may interfere with guest(s) occupancy, including but not limited to Acts of God, acts of governmental agencies, fire, strikes, war, or inclement weather. NO REBATE OR REFUND will be offered in these circumstances.

Check-In/Check-Out Time – Check-in time is after 2:00 PM. Check-out time is by 12:00 AM

Maximum Occupancy – The maximum occupancy of the villa is regulated by terms stated in the Official Tariff.

Non-disturbance Clause –The renter shall not disturb, annoy, endanger or inconvenience neighbors nor use the premises for any unlawful purposes. The loud music and noise are prohibited during quiet hours from 11 p.m. till 7 a.m. and during siesta hours from 3 to 5 p.m.

Care of Premises/ Damages – The property and adjoining territory shall remain in its initial condition after the rental period. Renter agrees to pay the owner for any damages to premises (furnishings, household items, or pool) that occur as a result of renter’s occupancy or actions of renter’s associates.

The renter is requested to keep the premises and territory clean and sanitary during the whole rental period.

No smoking inside the property is allowed. Smoking is only permitted outside and cigarette butts should be disposed of properly and not thrown on the ground.

Event/party – The renter and guests shall keep the property (inside and outside) in a reasonable and tidy condition at the end of the event. All trash shall be bagged and tied.

All decorations or special event equipment must be removed without leaving damages directly following the departure of the last event guest, immediately after the event, unless special arrangements/ agreements have been made between the renter and the owner.

Pool & Security – The Pool is private and NO lifeguard services are provided. The renter may swim at his own risk. NO diving is allowed.

Access – The owner reserves the right to enter the property at any time to investigate disturbances, check occupancy, check damages, make repairs, alterations, and improvement.

Furnishing, Appliances, Kitchen Utensils & Linens – The property will be rented to the renter with basic indoor and outdoor facilities, furnishing, appliances, utensils, linens, bathroom amenities. The owner shall not be responsible for providing additional furnishing, equipment/amenities, and services not presently available in Property unless requested and approved in advance. 

A basic supply of linen is provided in the property. Bed linen and bath towels are changed every 3 days during the stay, except for special cases, regulated by special protocols or agreements. The startup set of bath soap, toilet tissue, paper towels, slippers, and trash bags are not replenished.

Loss or damage of furnishing, appliances, kitchen utensils, linens is subject to charges.

Furnishings of the property shall not be taken outside or be removed from the house. All property and all furnishings shall be kept in good order.

Cleaning –The housekeeping services are provided every 2-3 days.

The additional and more frequent cleaning/ housekeeping services can be offered on a request basis, at extra charge.

Indemnity Clause –Renter hereby agrees to indemnify and hold the owner harmless from any and all claims including those of third parties, arising out of or in any way related to renter’s use of the property or the items of personal property provided therein. Renter assumes all risk of injury or other losses relating to any recreational activities including the use of the private swimming pool on the property and will hold the owner harmless with respect thereto.

Lost and Found – The property owner will NOT be responsible for guest(s) personal property left behind or lost during the stay. If we can find an item left behind we are willing to ship it to the registered guest or renter upon request. Shipping charges will be charged to the guest or renter.

Covid-19 regulations –The property follows the regulations of the relevant government protocol and all guests are kindly requested to contribute to health protection and Covid-19 prevention by following the instructions and recommendations, presented in written documents in the property.

The renter, by proceeding with the booking confirmation, acknowledges that he will comply with the rental terms & conditions and assumes the responsibility for the obligations set forth herein.
