Lagonas Beach Hotel

I’m gonna be honest - if you want luxury room and shower, don’t come. But if you simply want a bed and sea view, come here. The rooms are rather small, the shower is even smaller. Bed is comfortable tho. Cleaning ladies come each day (not on Sunday) and give you clean sheets and towels. The view is amazing - each room has sea view. Speaking of sea - the beach is just two minutes walk. Mostly sandy, just a few rocks when you enter the sea. You don’t have to pay extra for ac. The hotel offers 3 meals a day (you can pick your food from a buffet) and everyone can find something I believe - even children and vegetarians. From 10 to 10 you have free beer and soft drinks, then there are hours where you have free certain alcoholic beverages. You can also purchase special kinds of coffee for reasonable prices all day (frappe 1.50€). You also can make your own coffee, tea or cocoa drink whole day for free. You can find here also a pool and bus station nearby. It is close to a supermarket and to the centre of Faliraki. In the evening there is loud music coming from nearby hotels, but if you close your room door and balcony, you cannot hear it - the door are quite soundproof. The staff is very kind and helpful. However their english is not always so good and sometimes I had trouble understanding them, but they try their best. To sum it up, rooms are small but enough, shower is way too small (but if you are okay with making some mess, you can fit), food is good, pool is accessible, staff is kind. Oh, also friendly local cats are always down to help you finish your meal. That’s all I would say.
