Arrived on 3/10/21. Booked direct with Angelos. Greeted and shown apartment which is comfortable with basic cooking facilities but so many restaurants you don't need to cook. On arrival we were given water, homemade jam, homemade delicious biscuits,and their own olive oil. Homemade goodies left most days and mama can cook!!! Another 9 days left to explore the area as everything on your doorstep. Would highly recommend this accommodation. Nothing too much trouble.

Very nice and quiet place for a family vacation. I would come again. 
Friendly and very helpful hosts (thanks for local treats and lots of useful information), cosy backyard under olive trees, still 3 minutes walk from the beautiful beach. Lots of tavernas around.

It felt like I spent a summer holiday at my grandmother's.


I was initially suspicious after reading all these amazing reviews-how good can one place be? But the couple here are the nicest, most generous and flexible hosts you will find by a long way. From the friendly welcome, to the delicious homemade treats (jam, courgette pie, olive oil), to the flexible checkout, they cannot be faulted. The room itself is spotless, quiet and has everything you need. And if you like nature, you’ll love spotting the fruit, veg and wildlife in the garden. Wouldn’t hesitate for a second to recommend this place. 

+very nice hosts. The apartment and bed closes are very clean. Bathroom is very clean and everything works correct. Very good location: 5 minutes from the beach and supermarkets, but out off the central highway. Strictly recommended and hope to come back again.

- it is not quite simple to find the house because there are two Level houses in this area (on Mapsme map attachment), but we called to the host’s son (Angelos) and hosts picked up us in few minutes.

Better to book directly (not on booking) , I guess it should be cheaper.

We stayed at Level Houses (unfortunately) just one week but we appreciated a lot:
- first of all, the warm hospitality of the owners with lot of specific attentions to us
- the position, very strategic to visit the best beaches of the island with a small car and at walking distance to Kefalos services
We definitely recommend Level Houses for a stay in Kos and we will come back sooner or later....do not eat all sesame biscuits :-)

We spent 2 weeks here, beautiful gardens quiet location, owners are brilliant people will do anything to help, would recommend and we will certainly be staying here again, one of the best places to stay in Kefalos
