My cousin & I have returned many times to stay with Bogi & Aris. They are lovely people. We have loved Kalami for many years. This accommodation is our preferred place to stay in our price range and, if available, we prefer the apartment, as we like a bedroom to ourselves. All accommodation has balconies.

Lovely apartments in a great location. Basic and slightly on the smaller side, but they are clean, owners are friendly and well let’s face it location, location, location! Would definitely recommend! Lovely hosts

Another wonderful stay at Kalami Studios - not been for 3 years due to Covid - but it was like we had never left 🌞 Bogi one of the loveliest people you could ever meet 🤗 I left my walking stick on the plane, and Bogi lent me one that was her mother in laws - saved the day, as hubby and I do like to walk to the other 2 bays and it would have been impossible due to my mobility without the stick - so thank you
I don't wish time away - but roll on next year 😂

Just returned from our little piece of heaven on earth ❤️
Our 4th visit here and again everything just perfect. Bogi makes you feel so welcome, and there to help at anytime. Sitting on the balcony of an evening having  a drink before going for evening meal is so relaxing, watching the boats coming in to the bay for the night, and watching the big cruising ships go by.
To open the doors and have this amazing view when you wake up is nothing short of perfect ❤️
Tears on leaving again, but have to leave to be able to return ❤️

We had a great stay at Kalami Studios and Bogi is fantastic. We didn’t want to leave. A block from outstanding food and the beach. Used the public bus to get around and exploring local sights by foot. The Durrells White House is within an easy walk. Again, Kalami Studios is great and a great location on the north east coast.

Awesome time 

I have stayed here 2 years in a row now and would highly recommend. The proprietors are so lovely and accommodating with consistent communication pre arrival and during. The first time I stayed here we were collected from the top of the road by Ari as public buses cannot access the village due to the narrow roads. He also transported us to the nearest town so we could arrange vehicle hire as it was off season and kalami rentals were closed. Bogi works tirelessly to keep the apartments clean during your stay and although the apartments are above the proprietors residence they are very discreet and you would hardly know they are there. Should you wish to talk with them however they are a very charming family who will answer any queries you have. The apartments are brilliant especially for myself and my partner who enjoy self catered holidays to save on money. Kalami itself is beautiful out of season as it is so quiet yet still sunny and beautiful. This year I experienced it in season which was great to experience the warm waters and the open tavernas long the bay which served us our evening meals which we allow ourselves to indulge in after making our own brekfast and lunch. I highly recommend a walk over to the neighbouring bay of Agni where Ari currently works as a chef at Taverna Nikolas and trying the food there. We had our best evening meal of the holiday here and were warmly greeted by Ari as guests at his accommodation. Please please if you happen upon this page or Kalami Studios on any other travel site do not hesitate to book as you will not regret your stay here and if you can go the extra mile and go direct through Bogi and Ari rather than through the travel agencies who obviously charge commission for the bookings then it goes a long way towards their efforts to make your holiday special.

Another wonderful stay at Kalami Studios !!
Studio was spotless, views amazing and couldn't fault anything, just perfect.
New balcony doors in place since our visit last year, and love the new curtains, give the room a soft warm feel.
Had a slight accident with the toaster as didn't notice we had put the hob on too, you can guess the rest!!!! Bogi not upset at all, and said accidents happen!! did leave her some chocolate to easy sorry ☺
We did talk about not going back for a couple of years as a whole world out there to see, but ------ I cried when time to leave and hubby emotional too !! So ----- needless to say we have already contacted Bogi regarding returning next year ☺
I cannot praise Kalami Studios enough, warm friendly and just about the most perfect place to stay !!

Just returned from another magical week at Kalami studios. A warm welcome from Ari's and Bogi as usual, always helpful and on hand for anything needed.Studio perfect, lovely and clean. Beautiful views having breakfast looking out to the bay (fresh rolls from Georgios every morning, and check out the spinach slices ☺)so relaxing in the evenings having a drink before going out to dinner.such a perfect place, so much so, we have booked for next year ☺

Another Magical holiday ☺

A month in the sun to get away from it all and take stock of life. Aris and Bogi were so friendly and such a sweet couple. I found myself again in this picturesque little place. Two restaurants and a bar and a few shops. A dream bay for safe swimming. Previous home of the Durrel authors - and possibly where Prospero from Shakespeare's The Tempest washed up with his daughter. It certainly felt like a magical place to me. First time spent a week here. Second time a month! 

Actually 2008? and 2009

My husband booked a surprise holiday for my 60th birthday. He told me after that he had booked with Bogi and Aris via e mail, no problems and all questions answered promptly and with all information that he needed. We arrived to a warm welcome from Aris and Bogi and he showed us our studio and explained all we needed to know. The view from our balcony was breathtaking !! We sat in the evenings having drinks before going out for our evening meal, and we had breakfast/lunch before enjoying a relaxing day on the beach, so making use of the balcony to its full potential! The studio was spotless and everything was thought of, even a carton of orange juice and bottle of water for us after our long journey. Shower room had everything you needed, beds very comfortable, plenty of wardrobe space. Bogi and Aris were always very helpful and friendly, nothing was too much trouble, especially on the day we left when the transfer company changed the  pick up place and time ! We have said that we will definitely return to these studios as I believe it would be hard to find anything better !
