We were at a wedding party at the hotel. The communication in advance worked perfectly. The hotel is very good, it was very clean and the service is excellent. The bride and groom got a nice room and we were able to make some quiet preparations. We thank you many times for the good support and the good breakfast. The parking space behind the house is very helpful and we could also use the balcony in the good weather.

The Perfect Place to Stay

We stayed at this hotel for one night. The location is very quiet with a very neatly laid out garden. The room is very comfortable in English style, very clean. The flooring was very luxurious and was served in a lightly flooded room. The staff were extremely nice, friendly and helpful. We are thrilled, we can only recommend it and come back!

Very hearty, family-run hotel

We spent a weekend in Hamburg and chose this hotel because of the English flair. We were received very friendly at the reception and the first impression was by no means disappointing. The room was very comfortable furnished in English style. The bed was also very comfortable. The breakfast was lavish and the service was very welcoming. The bus stop is 50 metres away and two subway stations are within walking distance. We look forward to going back there the next time we stay in Hamburg.

Cozy and friendly hotel

It's a very familiar hotel in the English style. It's very cozy with a beautiful garden. When we were sitting outside, we were even given a quick coffee.

It's a beautiful boutique hotel.

Very personal hotel near the outdoor alley. Beautifully situated, well maintained garden. The breakfast room has a very special flair, as does the whole hotel. Breakfast is very good. Our room on the second floor (without elevator) was very quiet to the garden. We would love to come back.

A short trip to the Alstars

Great location in one of the most beautiful districts of Hamburg. Very good bus connection to the center. You have to like the English style and you can't expect modern facilities. Very quiet and with the beautiful garden a back-away from the noise of the city.

Family-run hotel with English flair

We booked this hotel for one night because of its convenient location and attractive exterior and overall positive reviews. The reception was friendly, and we got a room on Aug. 2. First we were greeted by a very narrow, dark corridor. The room itself was very small and full of furniture. The doors of the cabinets could not be opened in part. Due to the high outside temperature it was very warm and sticky in the room despite the open windows. The reception was old as well as the floor of the furniture, which was badly still 1 m high. It smelled very smooth. The bathroom was very clean, the teas were deep in the bathrooms.

The rooms are dark, tiny bathroom with folded doors, the décor is overwhelming, breakfast is fine, but the breakfast room is also just unreal. The tables are arranged in a circle and you're sitting like on the tabletop. Bus is nearby.

Ancient inventory, like in the ghost trail

The charm of the building from the outside did not match the experience. For 155/night we got a small room in the basement. The bathroom was so tiny that there was no place to hang towels. To get into the shower you had to climb almost over the toilet, even a ventilation was missing. The room was packed with sofa, desk and barely left room to breathe. The dressing room was chained! The bedding was good and the room clean but the price and performance were not in proportion to this basement room.

A very nice hotel Garni in the heart of Hamburg, centrally located for visiting the city. The hotel is very loving and tastefully decorated. Who loves English playfulness is right here. It is only a few minutes from the outer balcony and not 15 minutes from the inner balcony/train station. Now Easter the entire garden was decorated with all the Easter eggs and rabbits in the hotel as well. From the entrance to the breakfast service was kindness present. Our hotel room was British or I should have preferred to say Hanseatic, decorated. Our bathroom could have been a little bigger (which it is also apparently), for our short trip are absolutely sufficient! The pictures you can see on the Internet.
