Haus Mosella

We stayed here for 2 nights. We had the front room on the ground floor and a room at the back on the ground floor. The owner is very nice with limited english, though her partner is fluent. The apartments are about 15 minutes stroll from the centre of Cochem. The front apartment had a living room with a sofa, a dining table and a well equipped kitchen. There is a separate bedroom (nice, firm mattress!) with a good sized bathroom. On a nice day, there is a balcony at the front with a couple of chairs and tables to share with other guests. It is located on the main road of Cochem, so can be quite busy with traffic but it did not disturb us at night. There is a supermarket almost next door and a bakery (with takeaway coffee) next to that. There is free parking and a bike hire shop on the other side of the apartments. They are clean and spacious and excellent value and I highly recommend them.
