The photos are exactly the same as being advertised. Great place to stay. Comfortable and very large for a family of four. The two bedroom and two bathrooms are such a plus during a family vacation of 7 days. The staff is very accommodating with every request we had. Excellent apartment to stay in!

Magdel

Stayed for a few nights in a nice sized efficiency with all amenities that are needed. Very clean and in good shape. Breakfast was quite good, could be a little more diverse. The hotel is centrally located and in easy walking distance to the inner city. I would stay there again.

Central and Good

I booked this studio apartment for my husbands 50th birthday a year ago after doing a lot of research around hotels and where to stay if we came to Berlin.  The pictures don’t do it justice, our room was excellent.  Top floor (7th) of building and we were at the front overlooking the main road.  It is noisy with the very large fab windows open, but it didn’t bother us being as it was October.  The studio was clean and had everything you need for a few days, even a week I’d think. The bathroom was large and the shower great. The breakfast was adequate for us, we just had cereals, croissant, juice and a coffee. The tram is right outside your door, but we walked everywhere (about 12 mins from the TV Tower) which we could see from our roof terrace.  If you get there late at night you can still get into your room and you check in the next day. Would def. recommend and would stay here again.

Roof Top Terrace for 50th Birthday

We stayed 2 nights in Berlin at this location.
The apartments are not cheap, but are large and spacious. The beds were comfortable and the kids had a seperate room which was great.

The kitchenette was a let down as it was older and a bit worn. To get an iron we had to go to reception and book this.

The apartments are located in an area that is okay. Shops are close by and it was an easy walk to the large shopping area. 

The room was great forna family of 5 as we had plenty of space. 

Washing clothes was expensive as well.

Spacious and Large Apartment

Went here this summer, got an appartment on the top. 

The place was clean, the appartment in good shape and well equipped, we really enjoyed it.

It is located near the u-bahn and plenty of restaurants in walking distance. We arrived by car and there were no problem finding parking near the appartment.

Great place to a reasonable price!

Nice place!

Stayed for a week, great location and very friendly staff, especially Sarah. First time to Berlin as a family and we just loved the place (helped by having such a good base to use). Basic, but well equipped rooms. Clean, spacious and modern.
Only down side was the noise level at night, as we live in a quiet area at home and not use to city living. With the weather being warm the windows needed to be open and our sleep was disturbed, but this was a small inconvenience compared to the benefit of being so close to many attractions.

Modern and well equipped

Location was perfect, one stop from Alexanderplatz (the centre of the City).  The room was VERY clean, had everything needed for a few day stay.  The bed was comfy, a big fan was provided for the warm weather.  It was very quiet considering we were in the centre of town and downstairs was an excellent coffee shop that served a fantastic croissant with scrambled eggs and avocado.  We would definitely go back there and recommend it.

Fantastic location, good value apartments

We stayed here for 3 nights in April and we could not have chosen a better place as our base for exploring Berlin. The apartment was clean and modern with gorgeous floor to ceiling windows that gave a very tranquil and peaceful feel to the apartment as well as providing a lovely view of the blossom covered trees lining the street below. Bedding, towels and hairdryer were all included and the reception staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The apartments are near some excellent cafes and restaurants. We loved the Vietnamese restaurant Good Morning Vietnam, a 2 minute stroll from the apartment. I cannot recommend highly enough.

Fantastic apartment

We stayed in these apartments while visiting Berlin and the location is superb and central to everything making it very easy to get out and about. We booked a senior studio which was clean, light and spacious. The beds were comfortable and we had everything we needed to make our stay enjoyable. If you’re looking for somewhere in Berlin that’s not too pricey and within close proximity to transport and Alexander Platz then these apartments are ideal.

City break in Berlin

Had a marvellous 3 night stay in room 210 - plenty of room for our family of three with a huge double bedroom and a sofa bed in the spacious living room. The location is perfect a few metres from the underground station. Berlin’s transport system is a joy to use and with the welcome card good value too. 

Our apartment had a balcony overlooking the private courtyard and huge windows in the bedroom opening up to a quiet, cherry tree lined street. The receptionists were friendly and courteous and gave us a map to show entrance direct to the street as well as directing us to the lift to take our bags up to the second floor.

The bathroom had soap, shower gel and toilet roll ready for us, the kitchen had washing-up liquid, tea towels and more than enough, cutlery pots, pans and plates. A toaster and coffee machine meant leisurely breakfasts before exploring what Berlin had to offer. For eating out and about you can’t do much better than the nearby Bird BBQ - incredible food and beer and such a fun atmosphere! We also loved the cafe overlooking the zoo at Bikini Berlin. Grab a window seat and relax on the cushions with a great coffee watching the meerkats on look-out down below.

Looking for an excuse to visit Berlin again and will certainly book to stay at Schoenhouse Apartments when we do.
