The service was not customer-oriented, the wifi did not work in the room and we were attacked by bedbugs. The only positive point is the food served for dinner and breakfast. For the high price according to Georgian standards, one would expect a much better price-quality ratio.

Sovietic-style hotel

I was staying at this hotel this year in April. Actually the hotel has a good location - just a few meters away from the national park, white bridge, etc. But it's a bit noisy as it's located on the central road. The hotel needs some renovation as it resembles USSR sanatorium than modern hotel.
Furthermore, the hotel is nice itself - good service, rooms are not very big. The room and bath are clean, supplied with soaps and shampoo. Wifi works properly. Hotel includes breakfast, breakfast and dinner is good - everything is clean and delicious. 
Hotel management is wonderful! Hotel Team, staff is splendid! Everyone is too friendly and don't hesitate to assist you.

Good but nothing amazing

For sure this is the best hotel in city. If you don't want to stay in private guesthouse and you look for something comfy for sure you should go to this hotel. Room are good equipped and cozy. Hotel building is sharing with sanatorium so you are closely and you can use it. Hotel has swimming pool and fitness centre.

Borjomis Kheoba

Well, it looks like everything is ok with the Borjomis hotel but we felt like it was missing something. Some of us got modern and redecorated rooms but the rest got small and old ones. What we liked most was the food. Diverse and tasty. We loved it.

Good but nothing more

A confusing collection of buildings connected by above ground walkways and interior spiral staircases, with comfortable rooms, 600+ channel TV service (2 in English), and full board included--filling if uninspiring Russian fare. The location is NOT at the park entrance but at the northern edge of town, which is great if you are arriving by matrushka as you can be dropped off at a stairway below the hotel.  Five minutes walk to the helpful tourist information office and bridge to the other side of town, 20 minutes walk to the springs and pleasant park with dated  children's play land.  Tourist information arranges drivers for a great day trip to Akhaltsikhe  and its newly restored citadel (Rabati) and on to Vardzia.  Driver Irakli highly recommended--decent English, safe driver, helpful information.
