I was very kindly welcome when arriving at 9pm. As i had not dinner, i was proposed a salad from an automated dispenser, and as it didn't accept the Visa card, the desk officer processed my card payment and delivered herself the salad ! She also proposed some ready to warm dishes, and desserts. She helped another customer for booking (rather than tell her to do it herself via website) and advised her on best offers. The breakfast team was very welcoming as well, the morning desk officer helped me to find the shuttle, just a few meters from hotel door ! Really all very kind and welcoming staff. Thank U and congrats team... from an Accor Gold Customer
