La Villa Toscana

Staying two nights at Villa Toscana was the highlight of our week's walking holiday in the Beaujolais. Our room was the most elegantly decorated, and most comfortable of our week's accommodation (all of which was of a very high standard), but what made our stay was the wonderful hospitality which we received from Fabienne and Pascal, who made us truly welcome. Each evening they ate with their guests, and their charming company made our dinners there truly memorable experiences. We only speak a little French, but between our French, and their much better English, we had two very enjoyable evenings. They have also created a lovely Spa and Sauna facility, which we much appreciated using after our day's walking around the beautiful surrounding countryside.
